We were shown an experiment at school on pressure, put water in a metal can (e.g oil can i think(, boil, ( as stem comes out of the can neck (wrong term for it there i think( put lid on can, and see what happens as a result in the air pressure difference inside and outside the can. As for suction, a simple straw does this or to observe a longer tube, you suck the liquid though the tube and then put the tube in the sink so the water passes through (syphon) Try this with water and clean equipment of course. Yes i have a poster that explains about the expansion (and cooling) of the universe here from an Open University course and an updated standard model poster from a more recent open learn course.1 point

There are at least four different notions of time (in this context) that I am aware of. The block universe is an example of eternalism, which corresponds to John McTaggart’s “B-Time”. The obvious alternative to this is what is called presentism, i.e. the notion that only the present moment has ontological status, which corresponds to McTaggart’s “A-Time”. Then, there is the “growing block universe” interpretation, which essentially posits that past and present exist in the same way as in the standard BU model, but the future does not - so the block “grows”, in a manner of speaking. Lastly then, there is the idea that time is merely an emergent phenomenon in the statistical sense, and not at all fundamental to the universe. All of these ideas have been debated (and continue to be debated) in depth from all angles, both in the philosophy and physics communities. All four of them have pros and cons associated with them, and all of them have certain problems that remain hitherto unsolved. From a physics point of view though, B-Time appears to yield quite a successful model (GR) for the large-scale dynamics of gravity, so it is very useful in that regard. But I would be hesitant to give it any ontological status in itself.1 point

! Moderator Note Now that you mention it, you were told not to bring this topic up again, and that you should contact a moderator if you had a formula to present.1 point

For me it was working in test and maintenance. If I was on call, I would spend the journey to work working through possible causes and matching them up against the symptoms described. Sometimes I would be able to narrow it down to two hypotheses and a test to distinguish them. It felt good to walk in and say, "what happens when you press the 'pause' button? ... OK, in that case this module needs to be replaced" and then be on my way home again in 10 minutes.1 point

The CAS number is 4722-59-2, AKA 1,4-dioxan-2-yl hydroperoxide. What do you need it for?1 point

A better question is why [math] 10^{-43}[/math]. Would it help to recognize that number is one unit of Planck time with our current observable universe to the volume of 1 Planck length. The temperature being equivalent to Planck temperature. The Planck units are in essence boundary conditions on which our ability to mathematically describe in essence breaks down into Infinities and nonsensical results. You often only hear the space and time axis in essence flipping roles for the GR descriptive but cosmology must also include both macro and quantum effects. So its good to understand how the limits of the macro and quantum theories apply. (String theory also recognizes these limits) One detail as mentioned in this thread is were describing our Observable portion in essence the limits of shared observable causality with our current universe. Time being a measure of rate of change or duration you in essence need a dimension in order to have something to measure or even something that must be able to change. However one must also realize that the t=0 represents the collective worldlines of all particles in our observable portion extrapolated from the closest we can mathematically describe and potentially measure. In the closest to pointlike we can describe. It does not represent any time outside our region of shared causality. In essence [math]10^{-43}[/math] is the origin of time for all potential worldlines in our observable universe that are extrapolated to the beginning of our observable universe (as the emitter event).1 point

Assuming you don't mean 'effective' mass, but actual inertial mass, which, by the equivalence principle, is identical to the mass which 'generates' the gravitational field, and to the mass which responds to an external gravitational field ( by momentum conservation ), then H Bondi, W B Bonnor an R L Forward ( one of my favorite sci-fi authors ) proposed the phenomenon of 'Runaway Motion' An excerpt from the Wiki article https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Negative_mass follows, and you might want to give the whole Wiki article a good read... "Although no particles are known to have negative mass, physicists (primarily Hermann Bondi in 1957,[6] William B. Bonnor in 1964 and 1989,[12][13] then Robert L. Forward[14]) have been able to describe some of the anticipated properties such particles may have. Assuming that all three concepts of mass are equivalent according to the equivalence principle, the gravitational interactions between masses of arbitrary sign can be explored, based on the Newtonian approximation of the Einstein field equations. The interaction laws are then: In yellow, the "preposterous" runaway motion of positive and negative masses described by Bondi and Bonnor. Positive mass attracts both other positive masses and negative masses. Negative mass repels both other negative masses and positive masses. For two positive masses, nothing changes and there is a gravitational pull on each other causing an attraction. Two negative masses would repel because of their negative inertial masses. For different signs however, there is a push that repels the positive mass from the negative mass, and a pull that attracts the negative mass towards the positive one at the same time. Hence Bondi pointed out that two objects of equal and opposite mass would produce a constant acceleration of the system towards the positive-mass object,[6] an effect called "runaway motion" by Bonnor who disregarded its physical existence." The article goes on to state that R L Forward showed that no conservation laws are violated by this effect, however, quite a few unphysical situations ( mentioned in the article ) result.1 point

A man died and went to heaven. As he stood in front of St Peter at the pearly gates, he saw a huge wall of clocks behind him. He asked, “What are those clocks?” St Peter answered, “Those are Lie-Clocks. Everyone on earth has a Lie-Clock. Every time you lie, the hands on your clock will move.” “Oh,” said the man. “Whose clock is that?” “That’s Mother Theresa’s. The hands have never moved, indicating that she never told a lie.” “Incredible!” said the man. St Peter continued, pointed to another and said, “That’s Abraham Lincoln’s clock. The hands have moved twice, telling us that Abe told only two lies in his entire life.” “Where’s Trumps clock?” “His clock is in Jesus’ office. He’s using it as a ceiling fan.”1 point

If you delete this post/thread my blog goes straight back online. I don't expect you to put it back into hot topics I don't want anyone humiliated but put my webpage in hot topics and get discussions going......before I do put my blog online again And remove all my negative points too. Yes he said I could post my webpage on the thread and it wouldn't be deleted because I said I had a formula, then when I did he didn't understand it and deleted it. That's the same as theft.-2 points

Your moderators are liars and thieves that's why you can't see truth. It absolutely does pertain to volume. Below is why. You are liars and thieves because previously you agreed a deal to see a formula then you broke the deal when you saw it and didn't understand it. Taken from an update to doubleslitsolution dot weebly dot com INTRODUCING THE COSMIC SECOND To illustrate the concept mathematically we need the assumption of a universal time unit which I will call a cosmic second "cs" and an Earth second I will call "es" then the amount of information we can possibly move within an arbitrary set area of matter say of volume for example 1cm³ in 1cs is 1/1.333πn³ where n is the amount of information sent. With three dimensional time what I am saying is that if 1cs in outer space is measured as 1es dilated to a super massive planet or sun so the local time measurement of 1cs is now 2es and the information moved within that specific area of matter in space in 1cs is 1/1.333π1tb units then the information which can be moved within that same volume of matter in 1cs is not just doubled when dilated. Where the possible information moved in that volume of matter in outer space within the 1cs was say 1.333π1tb now in one cs we can move 1.333π8tb within that same volume of matter. I have screen shots of when you lied and broke the deal in my blog. I have hidden my blog for now but I might just put it back online. Some apologies and humility and putting my page all over the place IMMEDIATELY might dampen my anger because I'm really f####g pissed of with liars and thieves at the minute. No promises but I have a soft heart so you better act fast and pray hard because I just cracked the mathematical explanation tonight and the emails to all the key players including a Nobel Laureate who has been positively communicating with me have been sent.-3 points

You are a total ignorant. You are not even able to write the equation of a simple pendulum with a static pivot. You wrecked the topic I opened. CLOSE IT PLEASE, DELETE IT. I did not know that the level of moderators on this forum is so low from the technical point of view. What is your background. Have you graduated a technical university?-6 points
