LOL It's an interesting point. Almost any government decision is good from someone's point of view. The current UK government is clearly plutocratic. But within that context, the politicians arevery competent. They are doing a fine job of making sure the rich get richer. They aren't " incompetent and corrupt"; they are very competent in their corruption. They get away with it.

My conjecture is that forums don't so much ban holocaust denial as they require such extraordinary claims be backed with evidence or withdrawn. Given the abundant evidence for the Holocaust, including Allied footage, mass graves, testimony of survivors and soldiers and German officers, government documents, forensic analysis, intact gas chambers and crematory ovens (which my partner saw herself, when her German mother took her to see), and numerous other lines of evidence, I feel there's a pretty high bar set for countering evidence. A good friend in high school had an uncle who still had a number tatooed on his arm, from his time in a concentration camp. People were stamped with numbers. Like cattle. I asked him if he ever wanted to have it removed and he said absolutely not. He wanted people to remember. He was a real mensch.

You seem to be weirdly hung up on nomenclature. As these categories do not exist yet, I do not know what one might call them. For all the relevance, you could call them Category 1 and 2. And it might surprise you, but featherweights do not actually weigh the same as a feather. In addition, there is no reason why age cannot be a factor (there are age categories in sports already. For the rest of your question, you almost make it sound that sports does not have any regulations. Who determines eligibility of athletes ? Who sets and enforces weight classes? Who determines what is considered doping and how it is enforced.... right now? If that was an issue, we wouldn't have sports in the first place. Moreover, one of the argument of separation is to ensure safety of the athletes. So in that regard, doesn't it make more sense to separate them according to measurable parameters such as body weight, muscle to weight ratio and so on rather than just by genitalia or karyotype or whether they can bear children? The latter three parameters generally do not cause injury in among competitors, as far as I am aware of.

I might have missed some intermediate posts, but fundamentally, when we talk about transgender inclusion, we are talking about some level of some level of HRT. AFAIK, folks that have not undergo some level of gender affirming therapy do compete based on their assigned sex (which usually is based on presence of external genitalia), rather than the gender they are representing. That being said, I found some articles discussing something that we have been circling around in this thread for a fair bit, is the idea of using "athletic gender". The basic idea is to designate athletes to a gender for sports performance only and using a quantitative criteria based performance. Originally the idea was focused on testosterone levels, but has been expanded (similar to our discussions here). But the basic idea is the same, use quantitative parameters to create categories.

My interpretation: "After review, for the purposes of this sport, you are assigned <insert gender>". That does sound practicable.

Being a science forum, I would think that there are educated people around here. Being that, in theory, there should be people around here who are interested in the truth. "IF" you are one of those people, this isn't the forum to get it. From what I see, this forum is as much about censorship as most other forums out there are. Not that logic is hell. But I have found that the average political forum views logical thought as hell. And will ban you for using it. For example, let's take a logical look at the topic of "racism." If racism is wrong, what is wrong about it should be easy enough to point out. So that if anybody came along and said something racist, what is wrong with that point of view could be pointed out. Therefore settling the matter. But the vast majority of forums won't let you say racist things. The only logical conclusion as to why is because there is nothing wrong about such statements to be pointed out. So if it isn't wrong, that must mean it is good. While I'm here, I may as well bring up another topic. The holocaust. If the holocaust happened, it should be easy enough to prove that it happened. So if anybody said things to deny that the holocaust happened, it should be easy enough to prove that it did in fact happen. But most forums won't let you deny the holocaust. The logical conclusion as to why is because it in fact didn't happen. Otherwise they would let you deny it and be proven wrong. On that last note, I will show you something said by Roseanne Barr. Who is Jewish. What a moderator told me at another forum was that what she said was taken out of context. (Before he banned me) But look at how she says what she says. She was being serious. As if that wasn't enough, I watched enough of the interview to know that what she said wasn't taken out of context. Also, the way she described how most businesses operate was spot on.
