Since the boss is nice in his little office, maybe even with a window, he doesn't have field experience with whatever the employee is doing, and thus will not know the state of mind of the other people. well the thing is, it's supposed to be an argumentative essay, so I have to argue something. though I guess I could write something like that.... she's gotten enough humor out of me already I think;) except not yet, because I still have to write a cause and effect essay on what would happen if aliens let loose an electromagnetic pulse around the earth

you kind of did actually, but that's beside the point I know quite a few people who've lead some of the most boring lives you could imagine, everything all average and they're just like everyone else I know, except they're gay. why? I dunno. just pointing out that it's not always a factor of trauma, maybe some people just like themselves more than the opposing sex, so they get as close to it as they can;)

grades have never been a concern of mine, I usually try to see how far I can make it fluctuate during the schoolyear;) ..well..during highschool anyway, that place was so boring and easy:-p the American system does use alphabetical grades, but those each stand for a G.P.A rating..A=4, B=3, C=2, D=1 and F=0, there's also differing things like 3.75 for A-, 3.25 for B+ and so on and so forth at least in washington state it was that way;)
