Digitalize readings and send to computer database with date and time (through wifi?). Computer application will draw graph power versus time per day, couple days/weeks/months/years, so you will be able to compare them what power you can get in different seasons. Calculate total energy produced by installation. Host it somewhere, so you will be able to check any data at any time from smartphone from web browser. 2) extension to the above, add vertical and horizontal servos to be able to rotate in two axes entire solar panel. It'll be periodically adjusted by computer to find the best possible alignment to have the largest power. Compare results with fixed alignment.

Session time out, is different thing than cookie expiration date.. The session record is stored on the server, and the cookie is stored in the client's web browser. You're mistaken. You're mistaken. Obviously they would exist, without any purpose. Jupiter, and other giant gas planets, accidentally played very important role in Solar System formation. They attracted cosmic dust, comets, to them self. If they would not exist, rock planets would be bombarded by asteroids,planetoids,comets,cosmic dust, much more often, and life could never appear. But don't turn it up-side-down. Jupiter just helped development of life on the Earth, but was not designed to do so on purpose.

Atmosphere can be (and will be in the future of Solar System) wiped out by high enough radiation from the Sun (or other high energy particles source f.e. Gamma Ray Burst). It's just a matter of time. Particle of atmosphere is here on the Earth just because its velocity relative to Earth is relatively small. High energy particle will give it enough kinetic energy and it'll fly away escaping from the Earth.
