Your depiction how science works is flawed. Experimental scientist is making experiments (can be random accident), discovering something, making equations allowing further predictions, and sharing with the rest of science community. Science community is reproducing experiment, and after confirming observation, it's becoming part of knowledge learned in universities and schools. That's why it's important to make experiments, to not lose healthy look (which happens to pure theoretic scientist I am afraid. And they're starting making bizarre theories. It's easy to spot them, as they are not based on experiments). But you didn't presented us your theory. There is no physics theory without math equations allowing to calculate and predict future/past.

Classical observation-measurement can also change state of thing we measure. Take for example thermometer. Mercury metal is absorbing energy and changing its volume, what we're reading on scale. Object that we measured lost that energy and mercury will never return it after end of measurement. The more massive object we measure, the smaller disturbance. Measuring temperature of 1 ug of water, will cause different disturbance than measuring 1000 g of water by the same thermometer. To measure mass we have to stop moving thing = then we are losing its momentum and velocity. After stopping it, it's in the same frame of reference as we with our weighting scale.

Inability of calculation doesn't guarantee something is true or false. It's lack of data to calculate/measure. This is similar problem as with flying in airplane without windows with constant velocity (assuming no sound of engines etc) (so we don't have acceleration). What speed it has? Is it flying or waiting in queue on the ground? One would say "use GPS", other "use compass", but assume we don't have such cheating devices (not to mention their data might be wrong and misleading).. Below ocean there is fiber-wire sending data. If it would be ending up after 49 bounces, like you claim, one straight line segment would have to have 5571 km/49 = ~114 km.
