  1. Recently Trump Tweeted that we should watch Judge Jeanine on Fox News. Judge Jeanine begins her tirade by declaring that "Paul Ryan should step down!" She is the most annoying female counterpart to Trump as lip contortion champions. Just watch them as their big lips flap around in extraordinary style, with remarkable square lip openings, endlessly without fatigue!
  2. Of course he won't get impeached only over tweeting slander against Obama, but Trump's impeachment will come either from new revelations produced by the FBI investigation of his team's coordination with Russia, or a combination of many examples of his inability to be president. It is a cumulative thing. At some tipping point he can become too obnoxious for the legislative branch.
  3. Trump's facial expressions are a grotesque Kabuki Theater. I cannot believe how he can contort his face and lips the way he does without fatigue. It make it HARD for me to watch him speak. So in watching the news, I just look away and just suffer the harsh impact of his weird, fragmented, De Nero talking style, and skip the visual of that cartoon character.
  4. We should focus more attention on how the other developed nations are getting better health care results with lower costs.
  5. From a link posted above: "The fact that the FBI Director has testified that the President Of The United States lied about a US intelligence operation is a potentially impeachable offense. Smearing Obama with libel was horrible, but Donald Trump, as Commander-In-Chief promoted a lie about the government that he is supposed to be leading. "The constitutional definition of high crimes and misdemeanors is vague. Ironically, it was the same vague language that allowed Republicans to try to impeach Bill Clinton for personal conduct that had no relationship to his official duties as president in the 1990s. "By pursuing impeachment of Clinton, Republicans set a very low standard. It is possible that there are other more grave offenses that Trump could be impeached for, but at this time, it is a worthy question to ask. "Is the misleading of the country by the President Of The United States an impeachable offense? Thanks to James Comey, Donald Trump may soon find out." http://www.politicususa.com/2017/03/20/comey-testimony-suggests-trump-committed-impeachable-offense-false-obama-wiretap-claim.html
  6. Do you think the impeachment of Trump, and his removal from office, would be the best thing that can happen? The sooner the better? Or do you think life under a president Pence would be even worse? From what little I know about Pence, I would prefer him as president, and the sooner the better, I hope to see the fall of Trump. What would happen under a president Pence? Could Pence reorganize his cabinet by firing and hiring many of them?
  7. According to Trump ALL the news media is "the enemy of the people" with the exception of Fox News and a few others. Then he relies on a Fox News story as rock solid to trigger his infamous "Obama wire tapped Trump Tower". Then he says to blame it on Fox News, and Fox News says blame it on the news report. Trump: Well, because the New York Times wrote about it. Not that I respect the New York Times. I call it the failing New York Times. But they did write on Jan. 20th using the word wiretap. Carlson: Why not wait to tweet about it until you can prove it? Don’t you devalue your words when you can’t provide evidence? You’re the president. You have the ability to gather all the evidence you want. Trump: I do. I do. But I think that frankly we have a lot right now. And I think if you watch—if you watched the Bret Baier and what he was saying and what he was talking about and how he mentioned the word “wiretap,” you would feel very confident that you could mention the name. He mentioned it. And other people have mentioned it. But if you take a look at some of the things written about wiretapping and eavesdropping… and don’t forget I say wiretapping, those words were in quotes. That really covers—because wiretapping is pretty old-fashioned stuff—but that really covers surveillance and many other things. And nobody ever talks about the fact that it was in quotes, but that’s a very important thing. But wire tape covers a lot of different things. I think you’re going to find some very interesting items coming to the forefront over the next two weeks. http://www.slate.com/blogs/the_slatest/2017/03/15/trump_talks_to_fox_news_tucker_carlson_about_obama_wiretap_claim.html "The New York Times report does use the word "wiretap;" the print headline was "Wiretapped Data Used in Inquiry of Trump Aides." It doesn’t appear that Trump read the article closely, however, because it does not say Obama personally ordered a tap on his phones during the election, as Trump claimed in his tweet." http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/statements/2017/mar/16/donald-trump/donald-trump-says-he-learned-obama-tapped-his-phon/ How long can we be safe with a CLOWN FOR PRESIDENT?
  8. The average distance between stars is so great that when a rogue planet gets thrown out of its' solar system, it is very unlikely that it will ever be captured by any other star. That is because to be captured requires very unique circumstances of trajectories, masses, and relative speeds. For example they have ruled out the probability that our Moon was captured by the Earth.
  9. What's the difference? I'd really like to know if you would be kind enough to explain. Ok I did a Wiki of marginal tax rate and got this: "In economics, one theory is that marginal tax rates will impact the incentive of increased income, meaning that higher marginal tax rates cause individuals to have less incentive to earn more. This is the basis of the Laffer curve theory, which theorizes that population-wide taxable income decreases as a function of the marginal tax rate, making net governmental tax revenues decrease beyond a certain taxation point." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tax_rate#Marginal But I don't understand how to compare this with a "total tax rate". Could you please explain what it means?
  10. Yes, rogue planets form around stars, but through gravitational interaction with other planets may get thrown out of the solar system. They estimate rogue planets may be as numerous as stars (!), if I recall correctly.
  11. Health care is among the biggest expenses that people have. To make any positive change to the general healthiness of the nation can reduce this huge expense in the economy. It could also lead to a smaller health care industry overall. If people are LESS in need of expensive medical procedures, they save money. TAX JUNK FOODS. Subsidize healthy foods. Place better quality control on produce, so when you buy some fruit or veges, they have a good flavor. Then most people will choose healthier foods. EXCOURAGE EXERCISE. Have more localized fitness centers for people to go and have fun exercising and socializing. Give tax breaks to people who can prove their level of healthiness and fitness by blood tests and other tests.
  12. "In general relativity, a white hole is a hypothetical region of spacetime which cannot be entered from the outside, although matter and light can escape from it. In this sense, it is the reverse of a black hole, which can only be entered from the outside and from which matter and light cannot escape. White holes appear in the theory of eternal black holes. In addition to a black hole region in the future, such a solution of the Einstein field equations has a white hole region in its past.[1] However, this region does not exist for black holes that have formed through gravitational collapse, nor are there any known physical processes through which a white hole could be formed. No white hole has ever been observed. "Like black holes, white holes have properties like mass, charge, and angular momentum. They attract matter like any other mass, but objects falling towards a white hole would never actually reach the white hole's event horizon[citation needed] (though in the case of the maximally extended Schwarzschild solution, discussed below, the white hole event horizon in the past becomes a black hole event horizon in the future, so any object falling towards it will eventually reach the black hole horizon). Imagine a gravitational field, without a surface. Acceleration due to gravity is the greatest on the surface of any body. But since black holes lack a surface, acceleration due to gravity increases exponentially, but never reaches a final value as there is no considered surface in a singularity." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_hole
  13. Trump loves conflict with anyone handy. He likes to insult people then pretend like he never insulted them and he invites them to dinner the way he did with Ted Cruz. He will start a fight with anyone or any group of people just for the fun of it, because he gets more power and a rush from it. For example, the can start a conflict, then he can declare martial law and take away our freedoms like his friend Putin did in Russia.
  14. What is going to prevent N.Korea from smuggling a nuke into Seoul in a car or truck? A spy just drives the car-nuke around a bit occasionally, so it doesn't look abandoned. Then if we try to take out their nukes, they set off their car bomb(s). Best thing we can do is secretly disable their nukes using a computer virus or something else?
  15. Although I haven't heard this in the news, I am making the educated guess that North Korea has had all the time they need to set up thousands of artillery pieces all along their side of the border pointed directly at Seoul. If we do anything to destroy their nuclear program or long-range missiles, they can press a button that will rain down total ruin on the city of Seoul, completely destroying it a few minutes. Am I wrong? Anti-missile batteries can't do anything against artillery shells. Maybe it's time to relocate Seoul and its occupants to the southern tip of the peninsula.
  16. It is grossly negligent and reckless for Trump to announce a secret FISA wire tap to the world. He should have consulted with his attorneys before his Twitter outburst 8 days ago. A normal president would consult with attorneys before Tweeting something extreme. He is an adult and should have known. He obstructed justice and that is an impeachable offence. If a majority of republicans secretly consider Trump an obnoxious loose cannon, then they are just waiting for a clear technicality for impeachment, which must be done before Trump causes too much trouble.
  17. Breaking news is that if Trump is right about the "wiretap", then that means there is a FISA warrant for the wiretap, and then for Trump to announce it is obstruction of justice, which is an impeachable offence. Interesting to see what Comey has to say on 20th of March.
  18. Definition of "obnoxious" Webster's dictionary: "very unpleasant; offensive; repugnant" Webster's online dictionary: "extremely unpleasant" synonyms: unpleasant · disagreeable · nasty · distasteful · [more] offensive · objectionable · unsavory · unpalatable · off-putting · awful · terrible · dreadful · frightful · revolting · repulsive · repellent · repugnant · disgusting · odious · vile · foul · abhorrent · loathsome · nauseating · sickening · hateful · insufferable · intolerable · detestable · abominable · despicable · contemptible · horrible · horrid · ghastly · gross · putrid · yucky · godawful · beastly · skanky · noisome
  19. "A pulsar is a highly magnetized, rotating neutron star or white dwarf, that emits a beam of electromagnetic radiation. This radiation can be observed only when the beam of emission is pointing toward Earth (much the way a lighthouse can be seen only when the light is pointed in the direction of an observer), and is responsible for the pulsed appearance of emission." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pulsar Do rotating black holes also emit a beam? My guess is the way to tell the difference between the gamma ray burst that signals the birth of a black hole, or a neutron star, is LARGER GRB's are from newly formed black holes.
  20. Thanks for the info about how wide the GRB beam is that hits us. It's not such a narrow focused beam I imagined. So that means that in the observable universe about 250 black holes or neutron stars are born per day? We don't know how many of those 250 objects are black holes?
  21. He picks fights with anyone. To wage war on the media itself "enemy of the people" (except Fox News and select few) seems like INSANITY. The media will always have the last word. He will likely have some mental breakdown. When he gets angry his face turns red. The negative feedback loop (Trump outbursts, then media total constant coverage) will intensify until his head explodes like the Martians in "Mars Attacks" when they heard that country music.
  22. Yes he was fined and disbarred but not removed from office.
  23. In 2 directions are polar jets from the collapsing star. I think it is the rotation of the giant star that is going supernova. "...The intense radiation of most observed GRBs is believed to be released during a supernova or hypernova as a rapidly rotating, high-mass star collapses to form a neutron star, quark star, or black hole." That answers one of my questions. GRBs also can mean a new neutron star or quark star. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gamma-ray_burst
  24. All Bill Clinton did was lie to congress about having sex. However, when congress voted, Clinton was let off the hook. There seem to be parallels between Trump and Nixon. Let's see what happens next.
  25. Yes, the only gamma ray bursts we can see across the universe are pointed directly at us. So for every one pointed directly at us there must be billions or trillions going off that are pointed away from us.
