  1. nice kysrich. that kind of makes sense.
  2. i kind of consider myself both. im only 15. so im not reputably one{for you guys}, but really, i love to build things{engineer}, and i also love to think and try to come up with theorys for, well, anything of scientific need and interest{scientist}. so i just say im both. i think theyre really alot like two different versions of the same thing.
  3. it could be a great method for future civilizations where total recyclment is not only a good thing, but a necessitie. like when the stars burn out.
  4. it is pretty hard. im trying though. i dont think that prmt is girl, ask him for a hint or something.
  5. im still not really getting what makes something be attracted or repelled by an ion. i get the whole extra or missing electrons make it an electromagnetic feild, but what actually goes up to something and pulled it or pushes it. it cant just be that positive and negative want to come to eact other so they do. can it?
  6. like some unkown particle everywhere wich contains the energy itself and maybe stretch's once placed near and pulled by the mass of a dense object, like a planet? jsut a guess...
  7. but in the twins paradox, at least the one i read about, it talked about a clock measured by a photon ticking across some mirrors making a little second by second thing. i understand the light traveling slower for that clock, but we dont have those in our bodys.
  8. well. just dig a giant hole in your backyard, have it insulated in a shock absorbant material or liquid, and have enough food and space and water and stuff to last you a couple of months. also have seeds to plant after you come out. i think were good.
  9. how big of an asteroid would it have been to have killed of the dinosuars?
  10. well. i guess i should go work on a quantum theory of gravity then.... see you all when im done.
  11. first of all, im not an expert, but ill give it a go. ya, i think so. once theres a singularity at all i think that it would collapse and be a black hole. just of small size at first. hmm. i think what happens in a black hole is that something doesnt get sucked into a singularity within another, i think it gets transfered to energy. like an abomb. just alot more atoms. you cant see a black hole. as for an ecration disk, i think it depends on what worlds your chucking in there and how much mass they have. ya, i think thatd just about do it.
  12. but i thought that you cant compress water? well, you can, but it then gets to atomic changes and stuff, right?
  13. where does the energy from black holes in space go to? and dont black holes suck in everything, not only mass? Merged post follows: Consecutive posts mergedeither way man, if your right, thats pretty crazy. alot of energy.
  14. they certainly lact info on the web about lifter tech. shame, id like to know about it. this thread was the first time hearing about it.
  15. ya, ive read about the same speculation, and, well, i think that its either you can go right back into the wormhole and end up back were you started, if the wormhole is in classic shape. but then again, it could be something with 3 or even more branches of into seperate parts of space. who knows? ive read that it could just lead you to other parts of other universes too, and it might just be me, but i dont see how.
  16. does the combustion move the rocket by pushing on the base as its escaping?
  17. how could tachyons be created? how can you create something that starts off moving faster than c.
  18. does bent space use energy? if so, where does it get it? i dont see how it could condense something to singularity without using a vast amount of it. well, i do, but im curios. could you use bent space to make energy? i know it goes against the whole energy cant be made or destroyed, only converted to different forms, but i dont see why it couldnt. maybe have something on a {big} planet that makes energy from the compression being put upon it by that bent space.
  19. hmm. then a very strong pipe wich wouldnt break by the expanding water would also stop water from freezing due to the fact that it cant expand?
  20. yes. Merged post follows: Consecutive posts mergedbut, in reality, he was the one moving, so he was the one who was affected abnormally compared to earth. i think thats how it works.
  21. the table of mathmatical symbols and the physical constants were exactly what i was looking for. thanks tree.
  22. just because you said that man, i have to tell you. YOU ROCK!
  23. whats the point of all the symbols and signs that make it all look extraterestrial? im sure there probably used for various variables and commands, but, if any one could list alot of them, thatd rock. id like to know what im looking at when i read things like the quantum theory and stuff.
  24. Hey! kudos man, im a freshman in 9th grade myself. and, aerospace engineering rocks. that and physics{all kinds} ofcourse. Ha! i like it. diddo man, i was so ignorant and thought i was right about everything and knew it all. wasnt this a kick in the pants. my first post was awsome!{karma, served with sarcasm and a side of irony} know what you mean there man. nanotech rocks. its also a trip.
  25. different atoms created by different amounts of energy at one spot turning into mass? just a guess.
