    having some trouble with this. carbon disulfide is a covalent molecule that has a melting temperature of -110.8 C°. at room temperature 25C° and pressure 1 atmosphere carbon disulfide is a liquid. under the same conditions aluminium sulphide, an ionic compound , is a solid with a melting temperature of 1110 C° write the chemical formulas of these two substances: so what i did is this: Cs2+ Al2S3 but there is no chemical formula right? or I'm ai wrong?

I'm having some difficulty solving this problem, we have x on the graph and its unknown , the gradient is of a straight line is 2.3 x10^4 the interception on the y axis is 5.8 x10^4 m we know y is 6.2x10^5 m i need to find x so i tried rearranging the equation y=mx+c to get x=y/m-c but i get a rely high number so I'm guessing its not correct please help me

  12. I'm trying to understand, but i rely can't get it. i should calculate the velocity first against gravity with the jump then calculate the velocity by gravity with the initial speed of the jump? am i on the right path?
