I got 6 cats and they would only attack really small animals. I don't think they would ever attack a big bird. But like Edwina Lee said, it really depends on their personality. Cats are not like dogs and they will not listen if you try to train them to not attack some kind of animal. Once they spot something they can kill like a bug for example, all their focus is on the task, it's their instinct and it's pretty hard to change.

I also think it's a satellite or a drone.
