Insomniac4

My "awake dreams" are not that involved, but I do have ptsd & I think I've reached the anger part. These "dreams" are not vivid as if I'm living them, but vivid as in a wish. However, I cannot come out of them. I know they're happening, but I have no control. Like sleep walking, but conscious & dreaming, also could call them day time nightmares.
