It changes colour and the colour stays for a little while before going away that would be perfect

Ok, let me clear this up. What i want: A name of a chemical or any other form of liquid that changes colour when pressure is applied. However i want the colour to stay there for lets say around a minute and only in the area that was struck. Why impact? - Some thing i am working on needs it What about sustained pressure? - I am not to bothered as long as it changes colour and stays there for about a minute Or what about tension? - Again not that bothered. All i need is when something suddenly his the liquid it suddenly changes colour
