Hi We are working in the lab with enzym (serum),... and we have to make a p-nitrophenyl phosphate and a p-nitrophenol solution (10mM), but we have to solve it in HCl (1 mM), I can't figure out why? Because it's also soluble in water... Other details: the pH is 10 (glycin buffer), we stop the reaction with 100 mM NaOH,.. Can someone help us?
