  1. If it were emails on a Republican's computer, they'd be screaming from the rooftops how the government invades their rights and the victims of witch hunts. This non-scandal is partisan politics. Nothing more, nothing less. Fox is already reporting how Republicans plan to impeach Hillary for her emails. It never ends. The race to the bottom.
  2. Obama was tough on immigration, but demonized anyway.

    Donald Trump

That was a good read. The author, while somewhat hyperbolic, summarized the situation quite deftly. The comments section was good too. I read all of them. Many were from disenfranchised conservatives who don't feel the need to belittle anyone, cling to talking points or toe party lines. It was refreshing.

    Third Debate

In that case, yes. However, I think many of these ugly "sound bytes" we see in the media are made by persons with self-destructive histories and/or poor education but lay blame elsewhere. Up until Obama, intransigence was not exclusive to any political party. Since the rise of Tea Party, it's the mode of operation for the GOP. The Party of No.

    Third Debate

I don't have evidence to back this up, but I'd suggest a lot of them are convicted felons. Ineligible to vote with a huge chip on their shoulders because of it.
  6. A reasonable person would dismiss "locker room talk" provided the content in truth. Among peers, it's often based upon the reality of recurring incidents and only used with utmost discretion as to bring levity or consolidation to what may have been a difficult scenario or task. Trump was knowingly "miked up" as the guest host of popular television show, being transported to an arranged appointment. Trump was not in a locker room scenario, where it is inferred they're not carrying a wire because you see them naked or near to naked. Nor was Bush a close friend or frat buddy. He was in a professional setting, transported in a vehicle not contracted by himself. The pre-text to the Billy Bush/Donald Trump tape may not rise to criminal activity, but it it certainly demonstrates an expression.of sexual behavior with undue regard. After all his so-called evidence claimed forthcoming adds up to little more than shaming the victim. You know that thing Republicans have been parroting for the last TWENTY + YEARS makes Hillary unfit for the same candidacy to this day. Then when caught red-handed, defered to the liberal value. Trump's a liberal. The conservatives who know that jumped ship long a go and some flee with wet feet. As the waterline nears the scuppers, we watch from the shore as surrogates bail frantically as their deplorable basket sinks to the bottom of the sea.
  7. A criminal conservative president is better than any liberal president in general? Or just Hillary?. Who cares about the rule of law, so long as a Republican is in charge... right? The height of indoctrination by propaganda, right there folks.
  8. Why ask a question when you assert an opinion for an answer?. Truth is, we don't know why she stayed and pillow talk is not our business. Bill breached the public trust. He endured being impeached and was ultimately censured. I have no opinion because due process was served and a verdict was rendered. That's where it should have ended, but nooooooo. Hillary was a victim, yet demonized ever since. THAT sir, speaks to Republican disrespect of Hillary in more ways than one. Conservatives are having a hard time getting past any of anything she does ever since, by default. Nothing in American history is tantamount to the collective witch hunt to de-legitemize a human being, a citizen, a professional woman and patriotic civil servant. Hillary lied about her email server. Republicans and conservatives need to get over it. And themselves. Again, not directed at you MigL personally, but the broad assertion that her "lies" makes her unfit for office is the greatest lie of all.
  9. Clinton never called a woman a pig or suggested blood coming out of their whatever when asked pointed questions. I didn't recall Bill caught by a hot mike suggesting his stardom precluded sexual assault. Did Bill belittle a woman, no less a presidental candidate on her appearance as disqualifying? Nope... didn't happen. Not a fair comparison at all. Bill was a womanizer. Donald is lecherous. Big difference.
  10. Apparently the presumption of innocence, the preponderance of evidence and the role of public defenders are lost on your brand of bigotry.
  11. Deriding pigeon-holing by pigeon-holing. The irony. I'm not American, but would support Hillary if I was, apparently I'm incapable of tolerating your views by default. I'm sorry tar, I've respected and defended your postings in the past, but the quoted statement is divisive and alienating.
  12. As opposed to a orange spray painted face with a peroxide bleached hair-sprayed comb-over being gallant and fearsome?
  13. Anything less than 1 watt is not regulated. I suppose it depends on what you want do listen with, a standard radio or a standalone device.. like a scanner etc.. There are several devices that play mp3 players etc. over car radios. You might also consider a micro broadcast transmitter https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Micropower_radio
  14. I've always found field work to be more enjoyable, even adventurous. Then I'm anxious to see the lab reports. Win, win.
  15. Not to mention flat and round worms. Tapeworms, liver flukes etc. Then there's Cold water Vibriosis, Enteric speticaemie, Furunculosis, Infectious Pancreatic Necrosis, Bacterial Kidney Disease, Pateurellosis, Piscrickettsiosis, Streptococcus, Herpes salmonidis, Viral Ethrocytic Necrosis. To name a few of a much longer list. Neorickettsia helminthoeca is known to kill dogs and wolves. Keta, aka Dog Salmon or Chum Salmon (Oncorhynchus keta) eat mainly plankton and rarely bite hooks, hence most are caught in fresh water systems during spawning season. At that point in time, they are most vulnerable to predators and pathogens. It's not advisable to ingest any species of salmon raw without thorough salting, drying or freezing.
  16. I have Jesus' e-mail address and cellphone number. Give me a billion dollars and I'll happily disclose them to you. I am generous too. Sharing is a wonderful thing.
  17. My thought, exactly. I wish I was young again, when I knew everything.
  18. On that point we agree but what does that have to do with Modern and Theoretical Physics?
  19. If not the worst, it's pretty darn close. On several levels. Again... what do you care about that?
  20. The death toll from guns in the USA is already the worst in the world. Even if it were true, what do you care?
  21. This is a science forum. I'd suggest reading actual facts from legitimate scientists instead of listening to nonsense from nut jobs might be a better premise for research. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lunar_Laser_Ranging_experiment. An S-band radio beacon was left on the moon by the Apollo 17 mission, transmitting FSK telemetry on 2276.0 MHz. Although it no longer operates, it could be heard by anyone on earth with an RDF (radio direction finder) and a TNC (terminal node controller), including amateur (ham) radio operators or other technical institutions who have nothing to do with space flight.

I guess that's why they call you thatsneakyguy While we're in a sarcastic mood, perhaps the nightclub could issue everyone a AR-15 and a couple HC mags when they enter. No way the gunman would have had a chance. He'd shoot up the school down the road instead, because kids finger painting with AR-15s are not as skilled in marksmanship, situational awareness and incident command as drunken clubbers. *sarcasm off*

Nonsense. There were armed law enforcement officers there. Orlando Police Chief John Mina has admitted that some of the victims inside Pulse nightclub could have been shot by law enforcement. Other law enforcement stated they were "outgunned". The so called good guy with a gun theory has been debunked time and time again.

You brought up the UN and incidents outside of America, not me, then threw out numbers and asked a question. I answered the question, threw out some numbers then asked you the same question. You didn't answer, instead stated some outright lies. Yes, I claimed being attacked by a terrorist is statistically rare. Apparently one's chances of being killed by a cow are greater. I was generally saying I don't feel the need for a well regulated militia or an AR-15 to protect me from cows, a terrorist or even tyranny for that matter. I own a shotgun and a carbine. Nobody threatened to take them away, ever. Yet that's what the gun advocates would have everyone believe. Besides that, terrorism was invoked in the incident. Such as is in this case, it's germane to the discussion nonetheless. What I didn't do though, was excuse ISIS or scapegoat conservatives. Do not put words in my mouth. I deride relentless extremism and obstructionism especially where public health and safety are concerned. Inaction is only an excuse and it's used by obstructionists to demonize otherwise reasonable people from advancing the discussion.

9000 deaths is horrible, but statistically rare nonetheless.
