  1. At the moment, however, there is no codification in law. What I am saying though, is that it won't be long before someone is pushing for it to be codified into law. That's where the real problems begin.
  2. So the government should indulge people in their own realities because they're happier that way? Okay then. News articles, videos, interviews, and news segments. Which would you like? Additionally, there is no legal framework around it. Hence, why the question is being brought up. What happens when they begin pushing for legal framework around it? Dimreepr is in support of it, I believe. I'm not really sure though. It is a thing actually. So are Trans-Race and Trans-Species. And when did I say they have to mix together? This is not about Trans-Gender. This is about Trans-Age and Trans-Species. Let's keep it on topic people.
  3. So yes, she's fighting for affirmative action to apply to Trans-Race. Let's add this one as well. We have Trans-Age, Trans-Species, and Trans-Race. I'm a Female African-American Vulcan.
  4. Thank you.
  5. Does affirmative action apply to her?
  6. The topic is about those who are Trans-Age or Trans-Species. If you don't think that's a thing, you're a hateful bigot who refuses to accept people for who they are.(I still love you.)
  7. Ah, I read it wrongly.
  8. No, I'm talking about those who are Trans-Age and Trans-Species. How do you implement Trans-Age and Trans-Species into legal framework?
  9. Pansexual are people who are not a gender actually. Which is a whole other ballgame in and of itself.
  10. Actually, we should start simple, like with any law writing. Let's start with definitions. Trans-Morphic: Someone who is Trans-Gender, Trans-Age, or Trans-Species. Equal Rights: Rights attributed to everyone equally, regardless of Age, Gender, or Race. Do you agree with these definitions? P.S. Can I become Trans-African American? Is that a thing?
  11. Read the topic. Those two people were Trans-age and Trans-species, by their own words. You said they should be pushing for the legal framework. So, how do you accommodate that? There we go.
  12. I love you too Dimreepr. But that being said. How do you have the legal framework that has to accommodate the idea people can change their age, gender, and species, at will. How do divorce laws work if you're trying to divorce a cat? Is it considered the same person? What happens to 12th graders who become trans-age and want to go back to 3rd grade? Should they be allowed to? What happens to kids who want to become trans-age and be older. Can they drive a car? What about Trans-species? How do animal right's laws coincide with humans being considered animals? How long before animals start becoming Trans-human? Also, since we can switch our species..... I'm Trans-Job. I'm the moderator of this forum. Nobody can tell me I'm not, because that's bigotry and nonacceptance.
  13. The first guy was Canadian, and still lived in Canada. The second was from Austrailia. However, I'm assuming you mean in regards to legal framework around that. What happens when they start pushing for legal rights and equality? Yes. Eventually, there will be a push for legal framework around this if it continues. I assure you. 4 years ago, if I told people a man was going to win the Woman of the Year award, I would have been called a lunatic. It happened. Since this is happening, what's going to happen when there are mass protests for equal rights for those of Trans-age and Trans-Species. Or are you telling me they aren't actually Trans-age/Trans-species? Because I've been notified that's considered bigotry to ASSUME what species they are and how old they are. Fair enough. Agreed.
  14. I can't put my real name out there for several reasons, and I've always used the alias John Raider. As a result, I used Raider5678 because I was a young idiot who didn't realise I shouldn't be putting numbers in my name.....but I did. So I'm forever stuck with 5678 in my name. Which nobody ever uses, they just say Raider.
  15. I found out in Canada that people can be transgender age. Do any Canadians feel like explaining how that works? Like, I'm 15. If I wanted to be 21 and go get drunk, is there paperwork I have to sign or can I just do it? Can I go back to 15 when I'm done? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kjC3zBKgL3M I mean this guy was 52. She became 8 years old. Then she decided to become 6 years old. Also, what about other legal opportunities? Does she have to go back to kindergarten? What if she changes her mind in between? Is it discrimination to deny her from going to kindergarten if she wants to? Also, the 6-year-old girl makes out with bikers. Would that be considered rape? Additionally, moving away from that particular situation. What about the 15-year-old boy who wants to be a 7-year-old girl and wants to go back to kindergarten? I mean, it's much less extreme but how does this work? Can they legally tell her she has to be 15 and attend her "assigned" grade? And what about this man.....er.....dragon. It had a "prophetic dream" telling it that it was a dragon and has since become one. https://www.vice.com/en_ca/article/yvwknv/what-does-it-mean-to-be-trans-species According to it and the trans community, this is not a delusion, it's not something harmful, and that we must learn to accept people the way they are. So how does that work? Would he(I'm not sure what pronoun to use here. If it's supposed to be "it" I'm sorry.) have to attend school? Is he subject to human rights violations or animal rights? What laws is he subject to? If he's treated like a dragon and taken in by animal control, what happens? Seriously. How does this even work in Canada?
  16. Today I learned, a 52 year old man became a 6 year old girl after leaving his wife and seven children behind. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-3356084/I-ve-gone-child-Husband-father-seven-52-leaves-wife-kids-live-transgender-SIX-YEAR-OLD-girl-named-Stefonknee.html
  17. Today I learned men can be arrested in New York for having their legs spread too wide on public transportation, also known as manspreading.
  18. So the Universe did not have a beginning? Let's try to establish common ground first.
  19. Having a beginning is springing from nothing though in this sense. Let's just pretend what ever created the big bang happened to create what created the big bang. It had to come from somewhere. And then that thing had to come from somewhere. At some point, it had to have a beginning. And that beginning would be springing from nothing. It's not mental gymnastics.
  20. There is evidence we're here. Obviously, it exists, so it must have had a beginning. If it didn't have a beginning, then you're going to have a hard time explaining that to me without saying it's supernatural. Well, our universe had to come from something. And that something had to come from something. Etc. So at some point where did the first something come from? That's a pretty cheap way to undercut the entire argument wouldn't you say? Clearly, it had to have a beginning.
  21. Actually, we still can't explain how the BB came into existence. It had to start somewhere. And if there was something before that, where did that come from? Etc. So. I mean. We have no start point for our theoretical model of the Universe, which is an illogical concept to say it just sprang into existence out of nothing. That being said, the supernatural doesn't have to be logical. So the supernatural could have existed out of nothing, while the Universe could not have. Although there is a theory I've heard proposed by a popular physicist(Steven Hawking. Might have heard of him before) that the Universe came into being because of the law of Gravity said it had to exist so there could be gravity. Where did the law of Gravity come from? And why does it demand there be something to create gravity? And if that's true, does it mean we can create matter out of thin air by harvesting the law of Gravity somehow? Just saying. You could say we have all the evidence for everything, or just say "I don't know."
  22. I remember pondering this question the first time I learned why some balloons floated and others didn't. I was like 6 or 7 I think. It's a really interesting concept to think about, cars just floating overhead like there's no tomorrow. That'd be an odd sight to behold indeed.
  23. Typically it's not by compression. Tension is concrete's weakest strength I believe.
  24. I still believe it's misleading. Or, as Phi put it, purposefully ambiguous as to catch as many readers as possible. For the record, I do agree with the article.
