Dear scientists there might exist easy questions ,these is my first application as I said. and other journal's editor advised me to submit another journl. Then I am going to submit nature physics. questions 1) what that mean double blind ,peer review ? 2) when I submitted "nature - methods" ,the system asked , "do you permit to referees learn your name - surname ..etc ,what should be chosen (I thought it would be better if we do not permit,to be more objective (assessment) ,but when the decision explained to my e-mail by editor ,already the chief editor contacted me,I mean she learnt me or already knew ) Some Important questions ( I request -anyone who will reply- to begin with "Yes" or "No" to make your expressions more clear) 3) Manuscript , article , project,these are different literature forms. May we submit our paper which is SCIENTIFIC PROJECT, in the "manuscript" form?? 4) This is scientific project , then I think also to submit it wholly ,because outlines is ready ,I will already rewrite it. but I do not think that it might be compulsory to add graphs or picture , then if I do not include ,might I get rejected only for this? (actually I did not see project outlines at nature or science (at IEEE all of them was by cost to open (for sale)) ,but we know all of their articles include bright and well designed picture or graphs.) 5) could you show me some scientific poject outlines' samples (link please) ? this question's style like harvard gsas' curent dean's style I think he was very mature in his feeling while he was speaking (I listened him at a video on facebook) (I do not know his name, but I know he was speaking wisely) I would reply directly actualy I do not think I will have less confident ,the clear thing that I know my confidence now ,is quite STRONG. surprisingly I realised ! and must apologise! at first I had thought x just as a point (because I could not see f(x) = x completely. so thought like x=a ... about your expression , probably that one you writen must be also true. as I remember ,but I should check it. FUNCTIONAL APPROACH we may say that if we would like to interprete any sequnce which is convergent,we will be able to say almost all of element of that sequence will be near the limit (just means at neighborhood of limit point) remember my first limit fom. WHAT ABOUT FUNCTIONS ? it is not the same of course ,but the technique is almost similar. anfd furthermore ,topolgic approach would be very important .. and I think might make more easy to understand because at mathematics discipline generally all subjects have relationships and level to level ,for instance calculus is lower level than Real or Complex analysis even if this will not mean as in actual form that ,if someone do not know calculus well ,he/she will not understand Real / complex analysis . I am sure this will be very very difficult.

ajb , I this is allready known. I have already said to harvard not only nature that , something belonging them was incorrect , but be sure I used very very polite and did not use tension to them. this is illogical ,whom you are talkşng with? one of them nature (the journal which contains the most complex/difficult formulas in science as I observed) orther one is the most respective university as known. yes , it would be good if I were beating them ,or if I swearing them ,or I saying "you are false " you are cruel ,why you have not acepted my paper? what a bad decision,I will kill you :D :D just now all these are rubbish, yes I may use this now. we cannot say that old sciences were irrelevant to modern ones. actually ,I think this is not so difficult text ,but I see there exist native englishes too. so ,probably I will not criticize if they don't agree my opinion I understood about your question "this was like a routine that it had been given/taken each fifth words by (each) two page" other expressions are quite easy... I recomend that you use your brain in such cases. here was an event that I did do it and still do not know whether I did wrong or correct thing. --->> I had written a letter to IEEE to take consultancy for my study. I had written 3 letters ,one of them were on facebook. They had been so late that I had already missed what I sent ... They replied on facebook instead mailing. I expressed my thanks ,but... they had had been too late to reply ....(I did not love this! ,Seem irrespective,they were already explanaining that they might have replied in around 48 hours but never did it)) SO I HAVE BEEN TOO NERVOUS!, and mailed them highly in aggressive mod. The clear thing is my principle was not violated by my own. (I do not use insultive expressions ,or curse ( bad words ) such that might make them detect unethic things. but surely ,it was containing very strict critiques and warnings. (I did not apologised ,and do not think to do this) I don't like lazy or unintelligent people. (They also were not replying comprehensively (there were no all answers to my questions which I asked repeatedly,very short e-mails and simple,I hated!) I thought that they made me miss time ,because I could not concentrate on my work to choose which one for submission.(two wide study have still existed to complete) but look ,nature never passed the time over 24 hours. I love this journal and would/hope to be author at (only) this journal. and I am sure this journal contains hard scientific contexts. (articles are difficult) ,but also intelectual. but I detected a strange detail. I sent two or more e-mail to Science AAAS ,but they have not replied me ,yet. this means ,if I was right to be nervous to IEEE ,what is the reason for Science AAAS 's this behaviour..? I have been feeling quite confused and unsure that Nature will accept my literatures. because normally there is no published sample yet. and I generally would reserach broadly for only one literature to make it ready for submission. here is a bit bad parameter. in SJR ,it seems IEEE is the best association which provides conferences ..or I understood incorrectly. I said in my e-mail (like a sentence which is imperative) "please do not mail me until I reply again!" this was around two weeks ago. and I still have not replied and don't think to reply. three days my abstract was interpreted by nature methods and I think was positive. (I request to Phi for All" editor to rewrite his idea (because I provided title) ,I ask ,whether his initial opinion has been changed (???) (did the nature's that editor give compliment to my manuscripot or expressed only the inconvenience to that journal???? note this last text is not well organised ,and also contains some grammatical faults... apologise but cannot proofred. editor may drop a notation. if he do this ,I will fold comletely ,I am too busy now. apologies. I will try to give that detail at following comment. at first ,I am sure My speaking would be good! ,but although I do not think that I am willing to audiences ask me questions I have no clear decision why ,surely I have highly energetic personality and have strong confidence (generally). furthermore ,if it be possible to present a conference , I will definitely be willing to get it recorded. and think it might be better to allow someone asking me via watching my talk after it be ended , I think it might be more useful ,because both I myself and audiences might feel them more relief (assume audiences are at their own home ,relax ,and ask me by e-mail ,how would it ? ,better or worse ,or no difference? it is very nice to learn swansont you are implementing sth. relevant conference , I have too active personality ,I think it will be highly good for me if I presnt a conference. about paper really sometimes I think it is hard. but again we know that nature loves using hard formulas , so ,I do not think it wouldbe hard if we compare with articles which are in nature's archive. but here is quite difficult problem. My paper will definitely include all these disciplines 1) physics 2)mathematics 3) medical science 4) engineering. here is very negative point. although whoever are academcians (some of them are physicist professor)I talk my paper ,they say it's pespectively thought. but I am sure, if we do not do obsevations & experiments ,then this wide project will define nothing :( we cannot speak anything clearly before observations and experiments and just because of this ,I also do not want to apply patent institurtes.

this is not only one theorem or formula of Euler's actually I could not understand clearly what you are asking .. but it would be helpful to check these contexts 1) laurent series 2) liouville theorem's 3) C-R equations. I mean you will be able to fgind some relevant informations ,especially "Laurent series " is being used in case of that formula.
