Yes. The brain consists of four lobes: the frontal, temporal, parietal and occipital. Each lobe has many different functions, and make up the cerebral cortex of the brain (the most mainstream part of a brain that you think of when hearing the word 'brain'). There are many other important structures located in the limbic system, cerebellum and brainstem, which make up the bulk of the remaining brain. The brainstem directly connects to the spinal cord, while the limbic system (and forebrain) are located in the central part of the brain (these structures include the thalamus, hypothalamus, hippocampus, amygdala and several others). The cerebellum is posterior to the limbic system and contains arbor vitae. There are many more structures... These are just the most important ones.
