Yes. He says when two forces (attracting and repelling) get into balance the contact happens between objects..

He says something different than majority says.. He explains how contact actually happens between two objects..

I think what Moriarty says about touching is pretty logical..have any ideas?

I asked the question on quora to people who have physics background and most of them said atoms don't touch each other. Also when you google this topic lots of writings appear about this subject claiming that we can't actually touch objects..
