I want to be taller

Hello. Is there a way to make the spinal column longer, based on current level of scientific knowledge? There is a way to make legs longer but it involves breaking the bones and then separate the gap by 1mm each day. It is expensive, painful, lengly and skews body proportions a lot. There is some talk of joint loading as a method of stimulating bone growth but I know nothing of spine.
