We would either sputter the metal or deposit it by e-beam. We were thinking of doing a standard Cr/Au deposition. I believe we would like the main metal, deposited on GaP, to be either Au, Al or Ti. Thanks for your help!

Hi, Does anyone know of any good papers talking about adhering metals (Al, Ti, Cr, Au) to Gallium Phosphide? Or does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!
