  1. I think I played a role in that, I apologise.
  2. Its available for people who are insecure with certain areas of their political views and those who know that an Audi R6 does not exist. Will do. I currently have to deal with my shoulders mild sunburn and decide whether I’ll go to the beach or the 3 pools tomorrow morning in our hotel. I think I’ll go easy on the sun and choose the shade at the pool in front of my porch. I think I’ll also need to rent a quad tomorrow to see whats where at the islad I’m at, might as well grab some seafood while Im at it and then I’ll take my wife and son for a swim in the sea after my wife gets done with shopping and my kid gets done with day care. You have yourself a drive in your R6, Im sure it will be less pathetic.
  3. A Daewoo. Would you two stop it please? When our business skyrockets in a couple of years I’m going to rent a house on some island for a week and pay for your flights to come so I can hammer your insecurities out of you both with substances. For now you have to live with just the above. Children.
  4. @AUDI R6, I thought you should know that Audi R6 does not exist. There is RS6 which is a ~600hp station wagon (5 door combi) and there is the Audi R8 which is a mid engine 2 door super car. They also make the RS6 in Sedan lately. But no Audi R6.
  5. Our 3 year old just spit straight in the face of a border guard who took his little backpack filled with hotwheels for checkin.

  6. Nice explanation in the comments on Twitter by prof. Chad.
  7. Exactly. We’re taking a weeks trip to the local lake distric right after Greece. I’m counting on resetting and hopefuly getting new firmware for whats comming in September.
  8. Thats the plan, they have some day care thing. I got some old William Gibson and Philip K. Dick novels I havent read so I’ll be taking that. Plus I never read „Dune” and got some long due physics papers I want to read.
  9. „This particular photo shows entanglement between two photons - two particles of light. They're interacting and for a brief moment sharing physical states. Paul-Antoine Moreau, first author on the paper where the image was unveiled, told the BBC the image was "an elegant demonstration of a fundamental property of nature". To capture the incredible photo, Moreau and a team of physicists created a system that blasted out streams of entangled photons at what they described as 'non-conventional objects'. The experiment actually involved capturing four images of the photons under four different phase transitions. https://www.sciencealert.com/scientists-just-unveiled-the-first-ever-photo-of-quantum-entanglement
  10. „Kos” island in a multiple pool, private beach and all inclusive hotel presumably with a bunch of other families with kids. I’m already hating myself for doing this but we got a 3 year old so regrettably this is not going to be a dedicated adventure and exploration trip. I wonder for how long I will be able to hold my urges to go and do something stupid, we’ll see...I need good reads to stay a good boy.
  11. Could you recommend a book store/place where I could find good books/papers on physics for my new Kindle for our 2 week mediterranean vacation? Also if anyone has a tip on a good scifi/dystopia/utopia book I’d be grateful.
  12. Gee I’m so sory Sensei, please forgive me. I promise I’ll google first next time before posting to make sure Sensei hasn’t posted it already 3 years ago somewhere on the internet.
  13. I'm not sure if slaves are allowed to have headaches Mandatory complex psychological IQ tests (like the ones CEO's of large companies take) for politicians.
  14. Last week I met a 66 year old gentleman walking back and forth close by to a playground where my kid was playing. He was very well dressed, had an impeccable haircut and shoes, he was also blind as a bat since he was born. I strolled along with him a few times this way and back and found out he's making very good money as a lawyer for a few big add agencies. He mentioned that he needs to spend 5K+ USD annually in licence fees for voice assistants and voice recognition system to work as efficiently as he is.
  15. At times like these I wish I knew Latin.
  16. In this context, change (entropy) is not only possible but also inevitable.
  17. Oh snap. Yesterday it felt a lot more edgy when I was typing it, today while hung over its a whole new thing. Kinda makes the point though. They cancelled Michigan?!
  18. Gee Sensei, thanks. Sometimes I wonder what I’d do without your invaluable insights.
  19. Phi, my internet forum buddy who I respect and admire. That's what they fed me in high school in Michigan for 3 years. I never clicked, I got too much of them Slav mentality in me to buy into this sh1t. Wow, and I thought I was the one being paranoid throughout my life. The isotopes part made me spill a little of my drink
  20. I appologize for a late reply. I'm having a midnight spaghetti right now on a Saturday night while enrolling my 3 year old for native Chinese lessons for 3 year olds. I feel this thread is not my fight and not my place to express my views - I appologize for wasting your time.
  21. It's "cope" man, what are you nuts? That sounds like a Netflix series problem. Does that happen to anybody in real life like that? Sweet, I'm never getting a mental illness then being an average moron.
  22. I agree I might have added some additional flavour to CharonY’s statement. I know how to give the Heimlich Maneuver so don’t you worry about a thing. Exacty.
  23. Stop believing everything you read in the tabloids.
  24. Race aside, I think the above is the crux of the matter. In my opinion it is utopia and a complete surreality to expect to legislate to achieve a goal of creating an even playground for everyone. Its never happening unless we alter our DNA as a species and that would be even more surreal and dangerous than trying to achieve an unachievable goal. What we should do is educate our children who from my observation are never born with any trace of racism or other prejudice, however they are born with various character and drive for different areas of life. My 3 year old is a very empathetic and emotional individual but he is capable of taking charge of a group of 5 year olds in kindergarden to lead them. I find it hard to believe you would really want to make the playground perfectly even for everyone from day 1 untill death, you must know that implications of this approach would be many times over more severe than leaving it alone.
