How to balance an oxidation-reduction (redox) reaction using matrix method? Where should I account for the electrons?

Has anybody thought about what would happen if it was in use an the woman was raped? I would assume that the rapest would bleed and if he has some kind of desease I think that would be more dangerous then the actual rape.....
