  4. from your intersts why not look into bioengineering? i was interested in biology as well. i recommend taking introduction classes in college, great way to look at possible career paths. i use to have no interest in psychology until i took a class in it and now i love it and i will major in a career path in the field. also try shadowing a person in the profession you are interested in (if they allow you to do so)
  5. i have a decent sized back yard, i am growing, grow, or will grow, oranges, corn, lemons, guayaba, vispero, spearmint, coriander, persimmon, apples, cucumber, watermelon, peppers, rosemary ( i live in california thats why i have a variety ) i like growing things in back yards, thought about making a greenhouse but dont really like being in those things, so my plants have to grow al aire libre p.s. the corn this year was a disaster, for they were planted to late and winter came along e.e. also, i also like grwoing them at home because of the no-pesticide-thing. i have nothing against them, but sometimes fresh feels better than fruits passed through chemicals

  11. i cant even imagine the world being the way it is right with out religion, many historical events have been triggered/founded on by religious movements/ beliefs humans are social animals, we make beliefs, and as a result we create groups*, our in-group and out-group biases made us the way we are today *or vice versa not to keen on how i phrase my wording, or how i give explanations/evidence to support it ( i sure wish i could wrote out what i think)
  12. taking a wild guess and am thinking that "what make us human" refers to why do we act the way we do, why dont other animals act like us. the answer is psychological, our frontal lobes our different from other animals. so really, our brains is what make us different
  13. we dream because our mind tries to solve problems when we sleep, we can do it awake as well, and the only reason we remember our dreams is because we wake up during stage five of sleep: REM. REM is where our dreams occur. we dont dream because we sleep, we sleep because we dream as said by my college professor in a lecture once (or something along those lines) "We typically enter REM approximately 90 minutes after falling asleep. The first cycle of REM often lasts only a short amount of time, but each cycle becomes longer. This is why we need long periods of sleep each night. If we get short periods of sleep, we can’t really get through the stages we need to heal and stay healthy. REM can last up to an hour as our sleep progresses. In case you are wondering, if you feel like a dream is taking a long period of time, it really is. Contrary to what was once believed, dreams take as long as they actually seem." Source:https://psychcentral.com/lib/stages-of-sleep/ and to the question "Are we alone in the Universe" , who knows.
