Helloo! I am doing a lab soon where we make our own research questions. Mine is involving finding vitamin c content in broccoli before and efter its been boiled. Does anyone know how to find the vitamin c content in the raw broccoli, how to get juice from it? I have access to a foodprocessor. Also, any other suggestions on better vegetables i could boil?

I'm going to do a lab, but the only rule is that is has to do with "vitamine C content". Does anyone have an idea for a research question? E.g. "what is the vitamine C content in an orange?". I could choose that but it seems boring. Also, this is 35% of my final grade. PLS i needs das helps.
