Hello Forum, This is a bit of a cop-out but I have a task and I really don't even know where to start with this so after like 6 hours of thinking I wanted to ask for your opinion. We have an office and more people than free desks (20 people 18 desks) so we have to make an file where people can mark if they go on vacation or they work from home so the two (unfortunate) new members will know where they can sit. So for example if I am sitting in desk 3 and I am on vacation on 3'rd of July I can mark the 3'rd desk as blue so when the 2 members open the file they will know mine is free. The challenge comes when thinking how to link this with a calendar. It's pretty inefficient to create 30 tabs for each day every month. My idea was to have a calendar, and when you click on a date, you see the situation for that specific date. So my question for you if if you can help me link the two or find a easier way than creating 360 tabs for each day of the year. Thank you very much and I am willing to do the dishes for the person who helps me for one month!

Guys can we be honest for a moment? Reasonable members don't get offended by "peer reviews" and I have followed several posts where some members had a speculation quite nicely described and accompanied by a mathematical model and other members were giving correction to the actual model and it was fairly easy for the person to realise he made a mistake based on the numbers. I don't know how you can call it "peer review" when a (usually new) member posts that Einstein was wrong, Zero Energy universe, dark matter comes from black holes, I don't know what else, accompanied by nothing else than the baseless speculation. Of course things can get a bit out of hand. I imagine if someone reasonable would want a second opinion on relativity the post would be something like: : "A different look at Relativity" and not "Einstein was a hoaX!! How could we not see that relativity is wrong!" I admire that you want to bring a bit of understanding to this issues but I am imagining that the people who consider things out of hand are not reading this thread, or any thread for that matter, they just want to put forward their "ideas" and are not open to criticism.

Space-time is everything, including galaxies. I think there is a slight confusion in your understanding of spacetime so I will not attempt to answer your question. Please read the wiki article: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spacetime On the separate subject of why galaxies move, in summary there are 3 types of movement: they rotate, they interact with each other and they are are distancing themselves from each other. The first two are due to gravity and the third is because:

We are ***es. Poor woman. Can you imagine if I call her and tell her that a 200km away star spoke to me from the heavens and gave me her number because we are meant to date. But in all seriousness some people over 40 from eastern Europe have had 0 education on physics or astronomy in school and are not really adapted to the internet age so they can't "google it" and didn't watch Cosmos online. It's not really their fault. Few years ago I was telling my friends about someone screaming in space and they told me that sound does not travel in the void of space. I stopped in shame. That might be on the 200km level.

There are so many questions and inaccuracies but I'll start with first. How is photosynthesis faster than respiration? The whole idea is well not good but why put plant-plugs in our nose? Why wouldn't you just plant more trees and grass in the city or something. Putting it under your nose doesn't change much. Better yet, destroy the gas company influence on global energy market, install solar panels throughout the world, play on your solar powered xbox all day.

Haha well the problem is that you are the minority, If you disagree with the CERN demon thing, they will thing you are ignorant. You can't become a recluse. Just avoid opening some topics with certain people. I have friends that eat McSunday's with fries and just dip the fries in the Ice cream. I find that absolutely disgusting. I just ignore it. About morons I feel the same but I have recently met very educated people and we talk about physics and stuff and I realise that for them, I am the moron haha but they are very patient in explaining and if they see I don't get it they just change the subject and that makes me feel happy. I think of those times when I hear my friends pitching theories from Ancient Aliens (but really the lowest of low) and when I explain why it's absolutely bullshit they obviously will be more inclined to believe the TV people.
