I'm with you on this one, and I think most men will. Women may have it all on a silver plate but due to some men they have to go through quite a lot. We must remember that everybody has a role, this is where the discrepancy usually stems from. Any man paying attention to a woman had better pray its agood woman, you can still get lucky even if you pay attention to a philosophicaly inpaired man. Nonetheless, A good woman is worth two good men.

stems cells vs pharmacists
Chatha replied to Ice-cream's topic in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology
This is one area of science I though was obvious even before the loud noise about it. To me stem cells, in the long term, appear to be the possible replacement of pharmacy and medicine all together. Is it not really an area of medicine? perharps the reason for the long awaited discovery was those large phamarcists. -
One thing I agree on is that its difficult keeping men's population up. I even heard that all babies start out as females in the womb regardless of what sex they change into later. Archaic and some present societies even murdered new born babies if they weren't males, catapaulting an increased search for males. Many Mid Eastern countries have more males than females because of policies like these.

The only other problem is that you are going to need a bigger battery, or maybe we can harness some of the heat energy. Seems feasible thus far

What's going on with Japan and the republic these days. Last I heard both had a feud over some oil laden territories. China is too resourceful and I wonder who would win If they had a military feud with the Japs. If there is a third war I bet It would start from Asia, those guys just won't seem to waste any time. What's anybody's take on North Korea's position? And will Iraq eventually become the new Isreal in the M.E?

Capitalism is not the best because it creates huge amounts of poverty as the rich get richer, and in order to curb inflation you have to choice but to accept this, and usually the rich do get richer in a capitalist system. Safe to say Capitalism is a rich man's system. On the other hand socialism creates a mundane economy and society. Socialism also places a huge burden on the providing goverment, and through history no group of body can handle such responsibility efficiently. I think the best form of government is currently capitalism, but where every educated man and woman to take a turn as president. That way power stays with the people, this is true democracy and your mum will be proud.

No, you seperate the elements by creating and collecting Hydrogen and oxygen in two seperate capsules, the hydrogen is what's used to power the vehicle and the oxygen is the waste product. The problem is only how to generate power for the electrolysis process in the first place, though I think a simple battery can fix that problem. Doesn't sound too ludacris now, does it? Help
-
Why can't we make motor engines based on water, it sure has hydrogen in it? it would be a lot cheaper than converting to electricity or hydrogen. Alternatively we may build some sort of electrolytic system in hydro engines to seperate the elements, then all you'd have to do is pour water in as fuel. Maybe someone's about to make a lot of money on hydrogen.

Can someone please explain space/time curvature at the speed of light. From my little inference I think it means gravity(curveture) spreads at the speed of light. If this is true then why can't light escape the gravitational force of black holes? But what do I know? Help. http://www.metaresearch.org/cosmology/speed_of_gravity.asp

Give me a break, haven't seen trig since H.School. I was only analizing

However there appears to be several possible radii. It is impossible to know the diameter as there are several ratio's to the circumference. Remember the triangle is not equalateral. Not sure I understand this one, but the in- radii of the triangle is 15 cm, according to the formular r=ab/a+b-c. Another site says the hypotenus is the diameter, which means the radius is 6.25.This one's a toughie
-
Then you can't possibly get a radius

That gravity isn't faster than light? Anyway I am not entirely sure what GR is trying to say, I only gathered my own reference. I think he is trying to say gravity is constant, at least in proportion to photons, which is not entirely true depending on the system of the suspension. Gravity on earth is 9.8, but this value is not universal for all forces of similar nature. On a Quantum level for instance, gravitational pulls between classic electrons are of variable speed depending on the charge, state, excitation, and atomic structure.
-
I assume the triangle is equalateral. Find its height and divide it by two.

Most of what happens in the brain is actually just an interface with the outside world, which is why mental states are a function of the outside world. Mental states are akin to the mind's ready or suspend states. They are subject to long and short term causes so they are not independent, not to mention the fact that they can be induced by one's self. Now, we know nobody knows how we think largely because we are the ones inducing thoughts, and when we are not they are induced by long and short term enviromental factors. Since form follows function I will think thought follows neuron activity, besides we have only one kind of neuron for many functions of the same brain and many different thoughts. Kind of like the entelechy of atoms and the different chemical elements that it produces. Furthermore emotions and feelings have been linked to secretion of chemicals by the brain. I think there are many classical mechanics that can be applied to mental states and awareness, but we are yet to even solve classical and quantum mechanics itself. "Just by looking at the outside world, you are looking at someone's brain. A desktop Computer is a though once in someone's brain that has materialized, there is no real mystery to the brain itself

Since the resultant force between light and gravity in black holes act in direction of gravity it is reasonable to assume gravity is faster, and not necessarily at C. As in all curvature the deciding force follows after its crest, which will go in favour of gravity.
-
Gravity is faster than light if you consider black holes where light/photons doesn't even escape. Contrary to popular believe gravity is the fastest thing in our universe, not light. An inference from the experiment is that causality is not universally true, and a good arguement for free will. "we see the world as we assume it exists" ...Bohr

I think the lab at CERN may have such equipment but I am not sure. You can check at their web site http://public.web.cern.ch/public/ According to Godels theory we may never find the answer through mere equations.

Quantum mechanics boldly points at several contradictions from many references. First the atom wave duality experiment gives us reference that there is no reality, the inhibitions of accuracy, and the endless debate on causality or predetermined universe. Is anyone still currently studing this field and why?

Uncertainty principle place a gum on a car tire and set it at high speed. You can calculate its speed but you will find it hard to locate the gum on the tire, at the same time if you manage to locate the gum you will be hard pressed to know what exact speed its going. Kind of like taking a picture of a speeding car. The principle, along with the entire copahegen interpretation emphasizes the inhibitions on accuracy.

Men are pressumably more expendable than women, even when both are equal to any occassion. Genetically, men also die earlier than women

Well its no news, you read and hear it everywhere. Anybody here know specifically why it should be so?
-
Well, there really is no such thing as personality. I think of it as a cache of memories and experiences. Without memories you won't know who you are much less have a respective personality.

I am going to laugh silly if we eventually find that life is a chemical compound or element. Does anyone think so? DNA sure is.
