How can i make 15% Vitamin E Oil transparent solution or emulsion, which can be miscible in water. I mean which surfactant, solubilizing agent, polymer, or solvent should be selected, when bulk medium is aqueous or non aqueous.

Which suspending agent, dispersing agent, Emulsifying agent, Co solvent, Surfactant, emulsifying agent etc should be selected to disperse/Solubilize Mint oil, Menthol,Thyme Oil, Eucalyptus oil in aqueous medium (water) ? to make a true suspension, or transparent solution, or transparent emulsion.

Kindly suggest Solubilizing agent for Florfenicol 30% (30 gm florfenicol dissolved to make 100 ml clear oral solution) ? its for to be used in poultry at the dose rate of 1ml of 30% Florfenicol solution to be dissolved in 2 Litres of drinking water.
