They mean there is a singularity. This worth no more, than you would say, that there is an allmighty god with infinite energy and matter without spacetime.... Really? What about evolution? Or that only applies after time...?

I think the easiest to understand "who" did it is to understand that the universe is developing from the lowest possible state to eternity. From Nothing (0) to Everything(1) we have today. What is important to understand I think that if the first moment of existence, a simple information, (the application of the laws of nature, basic consciousness, will of existence) will be everything in proporion to Nothing. Everything we have today has some informational connection(evolution) to that moment through space time. I.e. we are part of God as an atom is part of our body...I think God evolving with the system. We are simply too primitive to have more connection, what we have through the physical reality today. I believe in God (higher intelligence naturally connected to the first moment of existence)

If time would not be fixed we would experience absolute infinity (singularity) anywhere. Moments lastning forever. I do not experience that... If I can have a birth why the universe could not had one? I see the signs of evolution in it... Does the fact that we want to handle the universe as infinite, change the universe's basic function to be finite (i.e it exist since a measurable time with a measurable size with measurable amount of energy and matter).

An English aristocrat can live up his heritage using cocain while a gifted counscious kid from Zanzibar can become Freedy Mercury. The system allow the personal development if One has the required need to learn and the talent/intelligence to use the aquired knowledge. Obviously that is a benefit if the social, political, economical conditions help this process of learning.

What I recognized, that lately not really the money (one has insurance or not) rather the lack of competent doctor and his/her time is the limiting factor.... Very true. I am Europian and everyone in my closer family has working relation to medical sciences I fundamentally believe that we have equal rigths, even we are not equal. If I am in the state system and my determined position for a knee replacement operation is in 3 month I can not do anything against that. If I have the money, why I would not use the private services? Everyone else has the option to earn and spend money.

This is actually a half truth. You say the truth but not the whole. White lie would be more after your description something like: when your kid asks where is her favourite teddy bear, you know that the families 6 month old puppy teared it appart and you say, we might have lost it, so you can avoid conflict between the dog and the kid. I still would say that there is a way not to lie even it is painful. Check my rep. I think One has to understand himself at first hand, based on evidence usually, that it does not worth to lie. Around age of 17-19 the recognition should arrive And then of course it is relative(the time of recognition) to Ones individual path in the physical reality.
