Hello I have prepared Bradford's reagent using the various protocols found online and also mixed some protocols to get the desired color. I am facing a problem that i want to know the quality of the reagent is right or wrong i want to know whether there are any test ? or some methods to actually check the reagent made in the lab. Kindly let me know Thank you in advance.
