  1. [math]\Delta t' = \frac{\Delta t} {\sqrt{1 - \frac {v^2}{c^2}}}[/math] Where [math]\Delta t [/math] is the clock rate of the observer (stationary frame).
  2. There is no paradox here since on the outbound leg the traveling twin must accelerate to another reference frame. The traveling twins clock will indicate less time has passed than the clock on planet X, as he flies by. If the ship and the planet's weren't ever in the same reference frame and just flew by each other, then both would see the other time dilated. There would be no useful comparing of elapsed time since they are never in the same reference frame.
  3. What?!? Don't sorry mankind will long be extinct before we have to worry about that.
  4. Evidence to support any of this?
  5. OK, you asked for it... Nuh-uh!
  6. Chemotherapeutic drugs are made to kill cancer cells not to treat symptoms. Your hypothesis has been disproven.
  7. This appears to be the output of a random word generator.
  8. Condensed Matter physics is about matter that is held together by chemical bonds.
  9. The big bang produced primarily hydrogen and helium. Heavier elements were formed in stars from fusion, the heaviest element were primarily formed during novae and super novae. Are you asking what are the bonds that make molecules from atoms?
  10. Is this your actual question? How does science explain the distribution of matter in space to form the elements as we know them? Or is condensed matter an important aspect of the question?
  11. Since all liberals are not identical I would say no. Some liberals would be baited by saying that just as some conservatives would baited by saying "I don't support Trump".
  12. The earth is orbiting the sun, the solar system is orbiting the milky way, the milky way is moving towards the andromeda galaxy, those galaxies are moving towards the great attractor, this super clusters is moving with the Hubble flow, etc, etc, etc...
  13. I don't have an answer. Maybe someday we will be able to find cures for the majority of mental illness, I hope so.
  14. Yes, there are many drugs, as well as plants that can cause hallucinations. I believe there is also a toad that you can lick to get hallucinations, if you are so inclined.
  15. And the interaction may well be instantaneous. But there is no information that can be communicated this way.
  16. This quote below is from is from https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/No-communication_theorem, it seems like a good article. from quantum information theory which states that, during measurement of an entangled quantum state, it is not possible for one observer, by making a measurement of a subsystem of the total state, to communicate information to another observer.
  17. OK, I didn't know (or possibly remember) that. Thanks for the info.
  18. Safety note: Pour acid into water like you oughta! Do not pour water into acid.
  19. Nothing is outside the universe. The only thing you wanted to know has been answered! Time to kick back and enjoy the rest of your life. You're welcome.
  20. -1 for willful ignorance. You deserve a -531 for your performance in this thread IMO. Let's be honest, you haven't spent 20 researching, you spent 20 years denying... What an odd waste of time and effort.
  21. Because it would be expensive and it wouldn't work.
  22. This is one of your many ideas that cause you so much confusion. No observers in this scenario are confused about who is changing their frame of reference. The occupants of the rocket feel the acceleration, the occupants of earth do not feel the acceleration. We all know that the rocket accelerates to a new reference frame from earth.
  23. Bob says [math] x^2[/math] for fun.
