y'know what Lab reports suck. they really really suck ass.i've just spent the whole day writing one and i'm on to the conclusions. i don't have a effin clue what the heck i've concluded from my results. its just a bunch of numbers! For the computer power required to reach the moon, try playing this game: http://www.orbitersim.com once you've got used to the controls download the apollo addon turn the autopilot off, take a basic calculator, a stop watch and your index finger. try going to the moon using only these and the read out from the telemetry computer. its actually pretty easy. you might need a piece of paper if your not to familiar with mental maths or orbital mechanics. if you turn the flight computer on it can actually do everything for you apart from the lunar landing and its a pretty good simulation of the actual flight computer. the maths is easy therefore big computers are not necessary.

if it does eat breath or excrete then it can't be living since no chemical reactions could possibly be taking place. (plants do all three btw.)

This isn't inorganic life, this is just the effects of evolution. its completely organic. just had some evolutionary pressures applied from another life form. this is why EVERYTHING evolves. umm, computers should generally work better in the winter as its colder and they don't like the heat. Have you tried reseating the RAM sometimes that can make it happen if the computers changed quite a bit in temperature.

i know what you mean, pretty much the same thing happened to me about a month back, a wee kid ranout into the road from behind some bushes and i almost totalled my car and some other guys car. thankfully nothing bad happened and cars and child were unhurt. can only remember slamming on the anchors and a couple of other wee things and not much else. couldn't find out what causes the slow down of time though.

The nutrients in the fertiliser need to be absorbed by the plants first before they affect the growth of the plant. If you added nitrate and phosphate fertilisers in equal amounts(wrt mol) how could you tell which one the plant absorbs more of?
