my DVD burners support all formats although some better(quicker) than others. just set it to whatever you plan on using. the disc are quite spacous and there is rarely need to fill one unless your copying films or something.
ok i think i understand.
I've seen a few times that it is possible to repartition without losing data files from XP using gparted on the live CD. i'm going to try that(after complete backing up of course). Is there any risk to it at all? i can handle losing everything but i'd rather know that i done it intentionally.
the ozone layer isn't a solid thing. nor does it do much to prevent heat escaping.
The ozone layer is where the atmosphere is at the right pressure for ozone gas to form in the presence of UV light. Primarily it stops UV light getting to the surface. It does function as a slight greenhouse gas(traps heat) but its effect is negligble compared to CO2.
Yeah that would put a lot of stresses on the structure of WTC7 similar to an earthquake(i don't think NYC is an earthquake zone so it probably wouldn't have dampers) This could concievably lead to collapse if you add in the fire which would further weaken the structure. it only needs a small part to let go and it can bring the whole thing down. that would also explain the kink in the building when it collapsed.
Ok. 1st question how do i set up a dual boot (my parents have only just managed to come to terms with XP so i don't think they could handle linux, besides i like my games.)
2nd question can i get it to boot into XP as default and only go into linux if i tell it to?
(its easier than explaining to my parents how to get into XP)
Do you even know what you said?
1. not explosion, high speed rusting.
2. iron oxide and sulphur do not make explosives
3. not so sure cos its like 00:30 and i'm tired
4. unusual events do not make coverups
5. just cause there is no clear source does not mean it was an explosive. it could have been anything.
I've never seen any photos of molten steel either but i haven't exactly researched the matter thourghly. i was just pointing out that molten steel is evidence against explosives.
PARTY OVER AT W3(OH)! sorry couldn't resist.
could this maybe be used as a natural fuel depot for methanol fueled rockets perhaps? it would make spacetravel a tad easier if we could get there. just need to find a suitibly large cloud of a good oxidser now.
you can create something that looks like a metal foam by droping molten metal into water.(don't try this at home or without protection) i done this with tin yesterday. although strictly speaking it isn't a metal foam. and the effect only happens maybe 1 out of 10 times.
i didn't say that. i just said that the parents should decide at birth and then if there are problems later in life then it should be done for medical reasons. i didn't get circumsized until i was 16. if you do it at 4 they are likely to remember it and its not something i would have liked to go through at 4.
well it means that they might not have to have it done for various medical reasons(foreskin too tight) in the future. But my position is that it is up to the parents. I wasn't circumsised at birth but had to get circumsised later because my foreskin was too tight. i don't miss it. it hasn't changed my life at all.
spectographic analysis would be the best probably. low detection limits, doesn't actually alter the sample and its more accurate than a titration. if this method is open to you i'd go for it.
