I understand the geometry of space with n dimensions and see how greater than 3 dimensions of space would apply to a theoretical reality, but what about more dimensions of time? Does that even make sense to consider 2D time? I can't quite get my head around how that might work.
What good would plenty of warning be? Its bigger than the Earth so blowing it up is out of the question, and there is practically nothing that can be done about our own orbit. The only slight possiblility might be that we blow up our moon to modify our orbit enough to miss the comet but I doubt that is considerable.
I beleive JavaScript is a form of AJAX and not the other way around. It has the ability to perform in any host environment so it could very well replace PHP.
PHP is not comparable to HTML as they have different uses. But it serves the same purpose as Perl does, I think the reason it is used alot more is because it is open source.
I logged into the room in mIRC, not much going on.
But that still doesnt explain why the link is broken, so is the one that says: IRC Guide: http://www.scienceforums.net/extras/irc.pdf
On the home page there is a link to the "SFN Chatroom" that popups a window to this non-existant address: http://www.scienceforums.net/forums/chat/index.php?do=small
Also, why is it that the Arcade in inaccessible?

Concerning this post of mine: http://www.scienceforums.net/forums/showpost.php?p=182766&postcount=93, I dont know what I was smoking at the time but obviously 5614 in base 5614 is 10, not 1.
Wow, people actually trade chemicals here? I dont posess any chemicals though, none that aren't readily availible. Where would I find some gallium, other than by breaking apart several hundred LEDs?
In an ideal world I wouldnt be such a lazy ass. I have been coming 4th in chemistry, mainly cos I miss like 30% of school, but I think after the shocking attempt of the task I may slide a few positions
An ore, I have to submit in about 2 hours but I have most of what I need now. I should have posted a while back, in fact I should have started this about 10 weeks ago when it was assigned...
Tom Mattson doesn't like it when I ask "unvonventional" mathematical questions like:
What is zero multiplied by undefined?
... Poor fella, I probably gave him a stomach ulcer
I have found some useful articles on Wiki, this research task of mine is due tomorrow so if I could have some links in the next couple of hours that would be very helpful.
Does anybody know any good websites on chemistry? I am looking particularly for something about different techniques of purifying copper, and the role of water in such processes. I would really like to know some of the good sites you guys use (if any!).
Thanks alot,
