I recently extracted bacterial DNA from water samples. There are kits available to extract the DNA which is ready for downstream applications. The process is somewhat involved but is effective.

Time is continuously moving forward. I am sorry if I was unclear. Time effects change in everything as is evident when we look back at a photo of ourselves from just a few years ago. The only way for time to stop would be to reach absolute zero. Agree?

I would like to simply state that time is the essence of change, heavy on the change. I am currently working on a combination theory of biology and physics using Boltzmann's equation as mathematical support to determine entropy within a biological system rather than just inorganic particles. Time, a treasure we always want more of, but will never have enough of.
