What is happening based on the SR premise is that light going directly toward you from a source pretty much concludes the same thing I was describing thinking from my own non-SR existential concepts. Notice earlier I'd misquoted the video describing it backwards from how Carl Sagan explained it. In the first hyperlinked text I'm going off my own work, on the second hyperlinked text I'm going off the video which I'd misremembered. It's more accurate to SR when I go off this theory than when I go off SR. So perhaps when modelling I followed closely to Einstein's line reasoning, which is why I'm bringing this up at all. Continuing on the video analysis, light is redshifted at the peripheral this we have to think about why that is because it isn't explicitly stated in the video, the light coming toward a relativistic traveler from directly ahead is blueshifted because light is moving toward him faster than usual and needs to be smaller so it doesn't surpass c, so why is it redshifted at the sides if that light is also moving toward him?
