aren't the extra adenines on the end to protect the rna code from degrading? or am i thinking of something else? its been awhile since i did bio.

I am thinking of buying one or the other but i haven't decided yet. I've never had much experience with either so i was wondering if someone could tell me how much use i could get out of a microscope? A telescope is fairly self explanitory and astronomy does interest me, and apart from looking at hair and skin cells i'm not sure how much use i would get out of a microscope, so is there much more i could use it for in terms of learning for myself and seeing some crazy things?

never actually thought about that. but they are still both dogs. i was thinking more along the lines of them actually being classified as seperate species or even higher as a seperate genus or order. or would that take to long to make happen?

Has any experiment been done to create new un-interbreedable species by artificial selection? I am assuming this experiment would have to go on long enough for the new species to be placed in a different category from the original species. The higher up the category the better (ie: order>family>genus).
