Every cell in your body has about 1 meter of DNA (minus red blood cells), if you add all that up for one person you get a lot od DNA Cheers, Ryan Jones

Indeed, I had a look at it and its quite a complex and hard too understand... learn the basics before you even try this or you'll end up being stick with no place too go, trust me on that one because I did it Cheers, Ryan Jones

1) Its probably becuase the reaction occurs faster in a hot substance or the activation energy for the reaction is quite high. 2) The greater the solubility of the dye the further up the testing sheet the dyes will travel, the lower their solubility the lower they will go up the sheet. Swansont, that makes sence - thanks! And thanks everyone you've been a great help in explaining this too me, I understand now though I intend to do more research into the ratios. Cheers, Ryan Jones
-
I see, thanks. So it is more related to forces than anything else... interesting and from your answer it also seems that one ratio will not fit all elements an isotopes, also very interesting More research too be done for me Cheers, Ryan Jones

If you can get one that can interface with your computer you'll ahve n even better time, though it will cost a bit more... Well worth the extra money though becuase the computer adds a hell of a lot of power too it such as resolving small features, accurate mgnification etc. Good luck! Ryan Jones

Maybe... perhaps it has something to do with the replusions of the subatomic particles in the nucleus too because it seems that mass alone is not the cause? @ecoli: Wierd answers, a pile of bricks will not always fall over, a house is a pile of bricks and it likes to stay where it is without falling Cheers, Ryan Jones

Yea thats what I was thinking too but why I mean bigger things seem to be more stable than small things for starters, a planet is quite stable for example. What is it about the mass that makes it act like that if you know what I mean Cheers, Ryan Jones

Not shure if this is better here or in the physics section but I guess it kind of fits into both of them! Why is it a certain ratio of neutrons to protons is stable and another one is unstable? What makes it unstable because the Neutrons contribute no charge so why would they be unstable in that way? Cheers, Ryan Jones

Try running a program that checks that some of the DLL files are not corrupted, I forgot the name of the program though Cheers, Ryan Jones

Well said, these new security features are useless... Don't worry they'll get leaked and broken before it is even released... I'll release the damn information myself if someone else does not I am also a Microcrap hater, I test for them but I hate their software... Nothing in my contract says I have to like it nor use it after the testing period... Thankfully. Cheers, Ryan Jones

Good point - heat is the least of his problems Cheers, Ryan Jones

How nice, animal food... Launch him into the sun... it will be interesting to see how long he can live in that kind of heat! Cheers, Ryan Jones

Oh, and that makes it alright to kill then? So if I think the guy accross the road is commiting treason I just go over there witha rrifle and shoot him? Lets see NO. He killed many peopel - what ever excuse you use its not acceptable! War crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide are the charges he is going down for and he deserves them all and much much more Cheers, Ryan Jones
-
Or... give him to the people he persecuted and the families of those he killed - I'm shure they would love too see him. Cheers, Ryan Jones

I'm not shure. Aluminium Oxide is soluable in alkaline solutions but iron is soluable in acidic solutions so maybe criushing the remains then placing them in something like Sodium Hydroxide will leave the pure iton precipitated out? Liek I said I'm not shure if the Iron will dissolve or not.... I'd say crush the mixture, add it to an alkaline solution and see what the results are, anything left at the bottom should be iron though ther will probably be other impurities that need to be removed! Maybe the chemistry experts can provide some insight? Cheers, Ryan Jones

Oh, you mean testing the effects of the acceleration due to gravity and then the sunden removal of that speed on impact? Not likley to happen though he does deserve it - fitted with a slow motion camera and aimed at a target on the floor... Cheers, Ryan Jones

Switch to Firefox, it has better backup features and its all in one file! I think its bookmarks.html... I hate the way IE stores its favourites, its messy, inefficient and its easy too loose the stuff... :'( Cheers, Ryan Jones
