Right click on the icon for excuting the game and hit properties, then go to the top of the top and click on the tab that says "compatibility" and choose your own compatibility for the game, for old DOS games such as ULTIMA etc... use win 95 As for the turbo, you get frame limiters these days.........ever tried playing the original GTA with the limiter off;)

Yea that was the primary aim of pretty much every scientist before they found out how complicated and endless the universe and understanding it was, hence this is why scientists specialised in fields of reasearch..... Well i dont really know any methods of changing bicarbonates into something more solid and strong the only thing i can think of is to coat them in say a glue (spray on) and do several layers untill the desired coat stregth is found, probably use a ceramic sort of glue....this process will take some time
