  1. hey, in the last episode of the x-files, mulder discovers that the end of the world begin in the year 2015.
  2. my friend, you make many good points and id love to discuss them further but, you are still attacking me on a personal level. you should stop because i dont appreciate it. i will respond to you once youve agreed to stop bashing me. oh yeah, and when i learn to post properly. i dont know how to quote certain sections and not entire posts all in one reply yet. i got chewed out by a mod the other day when i posted 200 replies in a row on a thread.
  3. all austin powers movies. he's the ultimate spy and he's got mojo. funny stuff.
  4. i understand that the child's best interests are the deciding factor in most cases. and im not debating joynt custody in any way. im debating sole physical custody which is entirely different. is the "you sound rather young" line an attempt to offend me? i dont see how that can have any relevance to anything here. if you dont like what im saying then post some counterpoints not cheap shots.
  5. hey, i thought of another angle on this. what if we were to ask, isnt it a woman's body? shouldnt she be able to choose what to do with her body? wouldnt it fall in to the same lines of abortions and women having the final say with thier bodies?
  6. mulder is so damn paraniod, im surprised the DOJ didnt commit him to a psychiatric ward. dont know how he made it past the FBI's psychological screenings. x-files all the way. fight the future, i want to believe, resistance is futile, a human/alien hybrid,
  7. but they can be big and lovely. naw, the best thing about mexico is their government.
  8. government officials use many tricks when they are searching for or spying on an individual (criminal or not). they have alot of resources at their disposal. many of these resources are considered an infringement of ones right to privacy. but is it really an infringement of ones right to privacy if they deem it is in the best interest of society that they keep surveillance on an individual? is not privacy more of a privilege more than anything else? can not the government dictate what rights we have and to what extent we can excersise them? the government can already track all of your electronic monetary transactions. this is a big resource since most alot of people have bank accounts. businesses depend on paperless enviornments. credit cards, checks, atm cards, are use by just about everyone. telephones and cellular phone calls can also be traced as well as any billing information that they require. any utilities and mortgage payments. all electronic assets can be frozen by the government. the government also enforces additional forms of tracking. identification cards that have bar codes or electronic devices embedded in them are mandatory for all persons residing. while these electronic devices have limited capabilities as far the information they can relay, the possibility for growth is tremendous. the post office, dmv, selective service id, voting registration, all allow for easier tracking. it's all done in the name of safety and security. but there is one underlying principal. all of the means for tracking an individual rely on electronic activity. any period of inactivity will undoubtedly pose great problems for them. so what is the government doing to try to improve it's ability to track an individual? the most significant thing that they have done is placing those metallic strips in paper currency. sure, there is presently no tracking information in these strips but the point of placing them without coded information was to prepare the public for the inevitable change that will occur. i think that money is something that everyone uses and by placing that strip in paper currency, they have given themselves an open door for growth and expansion in the future. paper currency already has serial numbers. all the strip would need to do is transmit the serial number. the rest of the tracking would be easy. this is the ultimate form of info. you would be able to learn just about anything about someone. the only other thing that could happen is that some sort of tracking chip implanted when someone is born. that's not likely to happen though. anyone have any thoughts on this?
  9. im a resident alien in the US, originally born in mexico. i came to the US when i was five. i go to mexico about once a year. the best thing i like about mexico is that you can get lap dances for a dollar where in LA they cost 20 to 40 bucks.
  10. i know what all things being equal means. what youre saying is that when it comes down to it, lets give the woman the advantage. as for the support, what do you say to a couple when both are fit parents, both want custody and sole physical custody must be awarded to someone. the parent that didnt recieve custody now has to pay support where if you ask him/her about support, they would likely say that if they had obtained custody, they wouldnt demand support.
  11. it would have to be on the msn side. i dont think that it would get archived (for security reasons) on the pc. i think i read somewhere that all mail service providers have to keep everything. including all mail.
  12. it aint no joke. women cant keep secrets. oh yeah, which village is this so i can stay away. not that i frequent villages. my first post was correct if you were to look only at the initial puzzle and nothing else.
  13. well, if you were to ask a dog, he would not be able to answer you because it couldnt speak. but if it could, he would tell you that it he was colorblind and couldnt tell if it was blue or not. he would say that it looked mighty round.
  14. i heard something like that too a day or two ago.
  15. im surprised it isnt legal. yeah, the vatican is of course against that document. those guys are human beings. they just cant admit that it would be better to kill em off. also, humans can be born without brains?
  16. or is it just cold in here?
  17. ill post the second part of this. so when the girl learns that she is pregnant... if the man did not want the woman to have the child and she decides to give birth, the man should be able to walk away from the woman and child and have absolutely no legal responsibility. this should be because the woman already gets to decide whether to keep it or not. the man has no say in it and as such, is placed in a comprimising situation. by this token, if the man later wants to be a part of the child's life he would not be eligible. when there is a dispute over custody of the child and both parents are deemed fit parents by the state; and when joynt physical custody is not an option. the parent that does not obtain custody should not be forced to pay support by the court. this should be because not only are we taking the child away from one parent, we penalize him/her for it by making him/her pay. not only is the other parent get the child, but they get to live off the other unfortunate parent. we should give the parent that did not get custody, the benifit of the doubt. i believe that the obligation to pay support should be a moral one and not a legal one in this instance. it is not sufficient to say that the parent that won custody now has the burden to financially raise the child on his/her own. for the other parent would surely say that he/she would raise the child without asking for anything in return from anyone. more to come.
  18. hey, i didnt see anyone mention that that peterson guy will be recieving the death penalty. that was a pretty high profile case in the commonwealth of california. some interesting facts that i learned, since the death penalty was reintroduced in california in 1978, more people have commited suicide on death row than have been executed. so with that in mind, isint it possible for there to exist more horrible punishment?
  19. hey, doesnt canada have a queen? in the us, we have about 2 million of those weirdos.
  20. i was watching uh, hearing, some commentaries on the movie Back to the Future 2. a part came along where the director mentioned that one of the hover boards in the movie was real. except of course for the rockets, are the hover boards they used in the movie real? has anyone ever heard of these things or has any info?
