although that the theory is also valid for small speeds the effects of it are only noticeable when the speed is close to light speed. So you can discuss it but the differences are soooo smal it is really pointless. probably smaller than a few microseconds over a whole lifetime. Keep in mind that you talk about movement of a muscle relative to the rest of the body. But maybe someone else can theorise what would happen if muscles could only move at half the light speed.
