  1. but too much bloating isn't good either. Right now I am cutting back on my salt intake, and I notice a bit of difference. Since I only drink about 4 or 5 cups of coffee a week, I don't think I have an addiction with it, and don't worry about chronic dehydration since I drink lots of water.
  2. I heard it's good for ridding the body of excess water, helping get rid of that "bloated" look. Any comments on that?
  3. I am definetely not addicted to caffeine, and I've been drinking it for years. I do like to drink a cup or two sometimes for an energy boost before lifting weights.
