Possession of nitrous oxide for purpose of inhaling or ingesting is illegal in most of the US (not sure about other countries.) Nitrous oxide used in cars is mostly legal (while obeying the speed limit) since it contains hydrogen sulfide. Unless you are a dentist, physicion, or plan to use it in a car I would be careful with it as it can be dangerous and illegal.
I'm not sure what you plan to do with the liquid (not inhaling so that's good) but it's melting point is 182 K, so get it below that I guess. You could also increase the pressure past around 7 mPa (I believe).
