what does it actualy do tho? the reason I ask because I`ve what seem to me, to be 2 seemingly contradictory uses for pollen. 1) lets say cannabis Sativa, it has male and female plants, if the male plant pollenates the female, it`ll then give seeds, but if there`s no male plant anywhere, it`ll not seed and become sinsimelia (spanish for without seed). 2) I like to grow Chili peppers, they all give a tiny white flower with pollen, but even if you just have 1 plant eventualy the flower dies and then grows a little tiny chili pepper, eventualy they turn red, and have all viable seeds in them that you can plant next year and grow more chilis. that seems to contradict things in a way. why does chili flowers have pollen at all?

where do you stand on sexism? for instance here in UK, some clubs and pubs have a sign saying for instance "Wed night, Ladies night, all ladies drink for free" I don`t really find it that offensive, but if it were the other way around, no one would ever get away with it, not for long anyway.

the use of quotes helps too ie/ [ "black hole" astronomy ] in the search box

I beleive propper counciling should be sought first to establish the nature of the depression, whether it be psychological or physical, and not like a good many doctors that simply write a prescription for often very power powerfull medicines just because the patient convinces him/her that they are depressed in a 3 minute chat. so yes "worthiness" as you call it, I prefer the word appropriate diagnosis is a must, but rarely done, I speak from personal experience having been on all manor of drugs for depression myself (that made me worse) when in actual fact it wasn`t until I was hospitalised that the true nature of my depression was discovered, it turns out I was Hypoglycemic and when my blood sugar got too low I was experiencing what seemed to be depression. but not untill Id`e been of been on several high powered tranquilisers, that gave me panic attacks when I tried to come off them, they made my life hell! if I wasn`t depressed before, I sure as hell was after the "doctors" had finished with me! hence my stance on this subject.

LOL, yes I did mean % -
and the sellective use of "quotes" certainly seem to back up your points when taken out of context, the media use it all the time. I`ll stick to my guns on this one

sure there is, and in both cases. 1) physiological; maybe a gland or hormone, one does`nt produce or not as much as is needed for "normal" (I strongly dislike that word) functioning, perhaps it`s dietary? we all here about certain kids reacting adversely to some food addatives or lack of certain food types (incl, vit`s/minerals). maybe a certain part of the brain doesn`t work or is under developed? to me this would be a GENUINE "helpless" depression and the true meaning of the word. 2) there are those that dig a hole for themselves either by action or 9 times out of 10 non-action, they get sad but "stick it out" then get sadder until it`s a full blown "depression", to THEM I aim my prior points at. how many times have you heard a winger say "urrrrrhh I feel depressed (( " when In actual fact it`s self inflicted. Coping Skills should be taught in Schools next to the basics also. we`re becoming a planet populated with complainers that won`t do a thing about it, and exploiting this "depression" word as if it`s a replacement for "sad" "a bit down" etc... therein lies my issue

kakoy, ya ne ponimaesh, i ne pdf za mne tozhe? izvini (ya Anglichanin, i ya ne govorit mnogo po russki, no ochin priatna)

heheheheh, does it do Russian as well? try: Ya znau, potomu chto ptitsa tot regulirovat cebya ot stroyeniye, pet. that starts where you left off with: ""I know, because the bird, that regulates itself of the structures, sings"" that`s how I would say that sentence in Russian (using English letters), see what it says when you run that one through the translator

A few times I`ve woken up with the answer to a problem I`de been workin on and "couldn`t" solve, other times I`ve had dreams that when tested in reality give remarkable results also, but I`m fairly confident that given time, I could have consciously have worked this out myself anyway (even though I wasn`t able to at the time) I suspect it`s a bit like when you try to remember something that you KNOW you know (name of an actor that played in whatever) but you just can`t remember it, so you forget it for a while, then suddenly BAM it hits you in the supper market in the vegetable section Then there`s other 99$ of the time when dreams are just utter garbage and merely just entertainment value while you lie there doing nothing -

I have a small section of a .22 gun barrel here, If I cut off a 1 inch peice, put a rubber pad either end with it full of water and tape it up, then put it in a small table vice (each end against the gripper part), then freeze that? does that sound about workable? -
well it seems the difference of opinion is too great. I firmly beleive that depression is just a wake up call, like a sore throat or sneeze is for a cold or flu bug. it`s just a symptom. and a very often missused and OVERUSED word. True depression is physiologicaly based (maybe the brain doesn`t make enough seratonin or dopamine or the diet`s rubbish or something physical). the other 90% of the time I hear that word depression mentioned, it`s as a result of failure to act and DO something about it. get out of that job, get rid of that partner, report them to police etc... that`s my stand point.

ok, I can live with that, how do you prep something like that in a lab? sinking ice next to normal ice(1) would sure raise a few eyebrows -
it didn`t offend at all honestly! personaly, when I encounter an "Unknown" I`m quite happy to label it just that, "an Unknown" that`s all

petrol/light or whatever... it`s a fuel (potential) and so, if a "fuel" exhibits perpetual motion properties then like petrol is could be employed within a machine as a fuel/ prime mover.

ya missed and don`t this belong in the airsoft sports section?

Mr L sorry yer havin a bad day dude Franklin, is that meant as a statement of fact or a question? If the sun stayed still, then I stongly suspect the result would be a significant difference in our 11 year sunspot cycle only, perhaps worse in some ways as if a bad flare were to errupt facing us, it`s spin would lessen the effect and it`s lack of spin would mean we get the whole works! (at least with a spins it`s only momentary on a solar scale). other than that, I can see no other factors to take into account (there probably is, but I`m no rocket scientist). as for this "God" dude, I fail to see where that comes into your post? I`m happy you beleive but maybe it just happened that way due to pure MATHS and could NOT have happened any other way? (2 sides to every coin) Be happy

I`m on about common missnommers things like the "spastic sosciety" was then renamed "mencap" and now it`s called something different again (the current name evades me at the mo). So yeah, "old school" a handicapped person not only encompassed physical parts missing, but a whole plethora of other physical malfunctions.
-
well it`s not a machine per se, but neither is petrol. if anything no matter how insignificant could seen as perpetual, then surely it`s only 1 step closer to employing into a workable machine?

thnx man, and be sure, I`ll take great interest in that! especialy if I can actualy make the stuff in my Lab, could be cause for some neat party tricks!!!!! Imagine an ice cube in a coctail that just WON`T MELT Muhahhaahahahahaaa -
I assume he meant the stereotype point of veiw, I dont know, he`s not here and I can`t speak for him (nor would I) but I tend to give the bennefit of the doubt where possible, and so until he says otherwise, I`ll stay with that veiw of his meaning. and it IS a stereotype that we were all brought up with back in the days when being PC was never an issue

sayonara, True, but it`s still the old steroetype of the word and it`s associations. I`m reg`d dissabled myself as is my wife, never considered myself handicapped (have all my body parts still). but I do understand Matters point though, it IS just a stereotype, but kinda hard to shake off in a way.
