Why should we blame the administration? Why don't we blame Clinton, because the majority of planning and training for 9/11 took place under his watch? It's the test to get into medical school. There is no passing or failing though. The two candidates are very close, within the margin of error for most polls. I'd say its going to be a close election, but I don't know the outcome. John Kerry is whatever will get him elected. He doesn't have a backbone. What did John Kerry accomplish in his 20 years in the senate?
