Correct. That is what I had thought also, but he said that we found the accepted resistance by meausring the resistor with a multimeter, and then found the observed resistance by finding the slope of the voltage decreasing in a capacitor through a resistor. Doesnt appear to work, as no one has yet done it succesfully.

What is the proper way to find them? I believe that my physics teacher is wrong on this, and I would like to find the correct answer.
