I don't know much about "coma". But I always thought that u couldn't talk or understand anything and only ur subconcious mind is active. If so, how could she express what she wants? It's about a person's life - u don't just say pull the plug. But, then again, I am not in their shoes, nor am I in the patient's, so no matter how logically I think, I don't think we can ever give the right decision. Though I think it's really a mental and physical stress upon her, her husband and her family. Like YT man said - " it`s still very tempting to "second guess" an action like that, I pray I`m never faced with it (or any of us for that matter). " Besides I read the news at bike's link. It's always disgusting to see family matters dragged infront of the public.

I don't know - I liked the all knowing oracle more. I mean - remember the scene with Neo in the first movie? where she said to him - o' and don't worry about the vase? - I really liked that part. That smile with a cookie in her hand was far more interesting. Besides - didn't like her acting in this movie. I think she could still be a - "program looking out for its own interests by slipping between the cracks and manipulating system resources to avoid deletion" - with all her mysticism. (By the way what were her own interest, after all, she was a program , not a human being.) Though - still donot understand - why was there a Neo in the first place? - And what did the last scene mean - where Neo stopped the machine in the real world?

Hey, What happended to Mrl_Jakiri's avatar? At first, I couldn't recognize him. I think I was drugged when I was watching the movie....(Or perhaps the directors were....). What was that? A cartoon movie or something (Barbie of Swan Lake was better). First, the casting (ughhhh). It was horrible. The keymaker - first he acted like a comedian and suddenly gained some personality.......OHHH The causality dude - who the hell was that - I actually started thinking I was in a philosophy class or something... Actually in the first movie - Morpheous was so cool in the talking sequences - that everything else could be ignored (though this doesn't rule out the fact that the casting in the second movie .......I don't have any words) Then the white guy in the white room (the architect or something)........ he was trying so hard to show some personality........ I think he even changed his voice....booooogus Then the two ghost dude - What was their function? AHHHH - Mr. Smith - I liked him so much in the first one - but in M:R he was ............... I didn't understand the last scene - Did Neo actually stop the machine in real world? What does it mean - That we're inside another matrix in the matrix world - Or, Neo is the oooooooooonnnnnnnneeeeeee in the real world too? The list could be so long.... Hi Everyone, I just learnt this game and ever since have been thinking about it. But couldn't figure it out with that garbage bag over my shoulder. So, I decided to post it here, but was a bit confused with where to post it. So, here it is - 1. First take 52 cards. 2. Tell Someone to think of a card in his mind. (Don't seperate the card, just think of it) 3. Then make three sets of card - I mean two sets will have 17 cards and one will have 18. (Make the sets like when u distrubute cards when u r playing a game , don't just take 17 , then 17 and then 18. Distribute them) 1 1 1 2 2 3 3 3 3 ..... ..... ..... ..... ..... ..... ..... ..... ..... 15 15 15 16 16 16 17 17 17 1 4. Then take one set of cards. Face the cards towards ur friend and show him the cards. Ask him if the card was in that set. If not take another set and ask him again. If it doesn't have the card either, take the last one(It must have the card, so no need to show him). 5. Then take the set that has the card and place the set between the other two sets. ( Remember there is no rule regarding the sequence of the other two sets. All u need to care about is placing the card holding set between the other two sets). 6. Now, do the same thing again (Procedure 3,4 & 5) (Make three sets and bla bla bla...) 7. Now, do this one more time (Procedure 3,4 & 5). (Now u have done the same thing three times) 8. Now, take the 52 cards and start showing him the cards one after one. Keep counting the cards. When u have reached the 26 th card, ask him if this one's the card ( if not the next card is the card). U can't miss it. It's either the 26th card or the 27th one. As simple as that. Nothing can go wrong if u follow the procedure accordingly. If something goes wrong, u can kick me for failing to describe it clearly. But I hope I was clear enough. It's always either the 26th one or the 27th one. Now, Here is my question. How did this happen? I mean u just do the same thing three times and the card is there! No, complex calculation or nothing! Anyone please say how it worked? [ Remember, you don't have to care about the other two sets, just place the right set in between them. And do the same thing for three times. (By card hoding set or right set, I mean the set that has the card) ]

Yes, these things r really amazing. I really wonder when the scientists will actually begin to understand the functions of all of the genes. It's true we still have a long way to go - this leads to another question - what happened to the gene mapping thing? (though I don't understand this things well) - there was suddenly a lot of talking going on and suddenly it stopped - and all these things I think leads to the eventual question - should cloning be allowed? This brings up another thought in my mind - although I personally think cloning should be banned at once, but I think cloning can be a good answer to ur first question - we will be able to know if we're moving towards these abilities or moving away from it. Do u think that psychic power only means "to control someone" like Professor XXevier. Then Please Do not read this post. I am surely the dumbest person to speak about psychic abilities, but I wanted to say something. I have never believed in these kind of stuff. And never seen someone with this special gift. So, it is kinda hard for me or someone else to believe in these matters. But here's what I mean to say - I think u have all read Erich Maria Remarque's "All Quiet On The Western Front". There was this line - or something like this - when they were in the front, sometimes they would just kneel down, or jump or begin to run, only to see a splinter or a bullet pass by. That small jump or nudge just saved their life maybe for next 40 years. Does it mean that they all had these abilities? Because, maybe they just saved their lives for today but the next day he couldn't dodge the bullet. So, doesn't it mean it was just the instinct - if u live in the jungle u can sence the snakes - I have heard the beduins can smell water and sence desert storms. Here is a small personal life experience - Once some of my friends (including me) skipped school (........to play a game ....nothing evil) and when we're entering the school at the recess time - (this is true) - I said to one of my friend that maybe we shouldn't go in. And that day we were all caught red handed and our parents were called and bla .... bla .....bla....bla...... Another true story - oneday the phone rang, and as I was picking it up - I suddenly thought that maybe it was Zisun (a friend of mine - whom by the way I hadn't seen for like a year) and there he was saying - hi. There're lots of these stories - and I mean to say that it has probably happened to u a number of times and maybe u haven't noticed or ignored it. Maybe u were picking up the phone thinking of someone or thinking that this call has a good news or a bad news - and- there u go - ............... I think these are all wishfull thinking. Maybe in ur subconcious mind u were thinking of something or expecing something bad and it just by chance happened. I mean every thing can happen in a number of ways - and if by any chance that thing happened just as u expected might just not be psychic power or extrasensory perception or mental telepathy. I mean there are a number of times when things don't go the way u wanted (but someone else might have expected that result).

I don't know, I don't wanna know. There are some things that go beyond any logical explanation and they don't need any. U can't feel it until u r the one who suffered. I had just the right example for u but I am not gonna give u that one. And I will certainly not give any explanation for my feelings. I know, my opinion just doesn't sound right and it isn't. Sorry, if I offended u. That was not my intention at all. No hard feelings, Let's just forget what I said, and if anyone wants - he or she can tell me and I will edit my post - or if someone can tell me how, I will also delete my posts.
