I have seen a dispenser mechanism on trucks before where a canister of starting fluid was stored in the dispenser that was operated as needed from a button on the dash. That may fit your needs if you can find one.

It seems to me that this would lower the octane of the fuel causing a knock at normal operating temperatures from possible precombustion.

Or you could just look for the image at Wikipedia where it's likely been released to the public domain.
-
You could "shell out" Google vb shell out to find an example of the method.

You can do this with Internet Explorer in kiosk mode, see http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=154780 If the page is bigger than your screen resolution you will have scroll bars though. HTH,

Adding resistors in series with a circuit will increase resistance, adding resistors in parallel with a circuit will decrease resistance.

That is pretty funny....

OK. I was not particularly opposed to Alito but you've raised a good reason for concern....

Lol. What you've really said here is, "Read my link that mentions no source what-so-ever and provides absolutely nothing to support it." Can you provide any proof at all that the State Department is lying in their report? You could work on disproving this one as well: Still say he was just clearing the area?
-
Maybe you'll like this one better, it carries the same info.... Are you still saying he was only trying to clear the area?
-
So you're saying these 5000 people had time to move out of the area? Some of these people did not make it from their front yard to their front door before they dropped.

No. If an innocent civilian is killed by the shrapnel caused by the missile that blows up the Hamas headquarters in the middle of some neighborhood it is unfortunate, but does not undermine the operation. I simply object to the Israeli government taking an action that is not even directly aimed at Hamas or Hezbollah that results in the death of an innocent civilian. If they fly over some neighborhood in the middle of the night with the intent of causing a frightening boom that sounds like a bomb solely with the intent of trying to scare the innocent people of that neighborhood to voice their opposition to the terrorists and some old man dies of a heart attack then the Israeli's have murdered that old man unjustly. It is one thing to have consequential deaths when targeting terrorists and quite another to cause a death when targeting innocents. As far as I know these night time fly overs are specifically aimed at the innocent, not the terrorists.

Saddam is also rumored to have used cyanide in some areas.

I have no doubt that there are Palestinians that support Hamas and Hezbollah and it is certainly wrong. That does not make it right to cause the death of any random Palestinian because of it.
-
Consider this: Hamas, a terrorist thug organization living among the Palestinian people makes a random attack on innocent Iraeli civilians resulting in a death. Does that make it OK for the government of Israel to cause the death of a random innocent Palestinian? IMO, the answer is no.

An example of the Kyoto Treaty's shortcomings.... As the economy continues to globalize more and more manufacturing will move to third world countries. The Kyoto Treaty would actually influence this trend to increase by providing an incentive to move manufacturing jobs from countries inhibited by the treaty in order to reduce cost, a key goal in any manufacturing process.

With IP in hand I've find a small number of these people amazingly have open shares on their box at that address inviting other possible responses

lol. How about we take him skydiving and free him from his parachute as he departs from the plane

No it really isn't. Because there are terrorists hiding among innocent civilians, the innocents have to suffer because of the actions of the terrorists. How do you know that they support them or aid them in any way? I suspect there are many Palestinians in these communities, just like you or I, that just want to enjoy life and be left alone. There are probably many that do not even know which people in their community are terrorists except for the young vocal ones. Imagine a black man in the deep south vocalizing his disgust for the KKK at a large assembly of white people. He knows there are many people there that feel exactly as he does but maybe, just maybe, there is one unknown KKK member amongst them. Even the whites do not know who he is but he and his friends will certainly come visit this black man in the night if he speaks up. For this reason he keep his mouth shut. I guess it would be OK though for him to fly over their neighborhood every hour through the night creating sonic booms to keep them awake because he knows that somewhere there is one or more KKK members in the community and certainly if they exist then the community must know who they are. Nope. I live in the deep south and I know for a fact there are KKK members in my community but I could not identify even one of them. Are you saying I should suffer for their actions just because they live in my community somewhere?

If you lived in the Bronx would you be openly vocal against the mafia? I wouldn't. That wouldn't mean that I condone their actions, only that I fear my own action could bring me harm. Small pockets of muslims are beginning to speak up by I can understand those that are afraid. Just look at the quantity of muslim on muslim violence going on in Iraq right now. Those muslims that would harm others because of their extremist view of faith do not care if those they would harm are infidels or other muslims, they just want all obstacles out of the way of their attempt to spread their twisted belief.
