This is going to sound like a stupid question but if you have 5ml of 2% starch and 1ml of 1% malt diastase and your combining with iodine to see the reaction rate, how do you work out the reaction rate as weight of starch hydrolyzed per minute?
this is a confusing question like how big is the universe? its like can you actually go back in time? im a bit cynical on this and would say no and would lhave to see it with my own eyes to think otherwise.
Can anyone tell me why temperature falls faster when it is at the top end of 100 degrees and why it slows down when it is near room temp? stupid question but im bored and wana know!
