Hi! I bought an Amscope 100x oil/iris darkfield objective and condenser to fit to my Vickers M14. It works very well. I can observe bacteria easily and reckon it resolves detail down to around .25 - .3 uM - with very strong illumination. Attached is a photo of a spirochete using the above setup. Best Wishes, Peter
