thanks nezumi coffee disturbs levels of magnesium in the body and low magnesium can even worsen adhd -
which nootropics in your opinions is the best piracitam and ritaline and a herb named ginko are the only ones available in my country but do tell about other nootropics too i have adhd,ocd and aspergers syndrome will it help in reducing their symptoms too?
