  1. I agree with Leader Bee. Past is not a relevant point. Though we have ended up in the present as we are, our present is only the future of our past. Therefore it is possible to be omni present, in that all places in our present are equally likely outcomes of our past.
  2. Likely someone somewhere has had the same idea, but I have come to it without their input, if that's what you are asking. As for my terminology, I started with something I know of (photons), and branched out from there to antiphotons. This is because I belive the speed of dark related to the speed of light and therefore photons, but it can't be photons exactly I thought, because that would make it light. The fact remains however, that I am relatively ignorant with what I know, compared with what there is to know.
  3. Whether or not it is in use, that is the path I took to this site.
  4. :DHa, ha, ha. These are all very interesting replies. Some of you want to know what my theory is, this could help define my question. Google "antiphoton". The first link leads to this site. Login. It's basically all of page three. Then it was suggested I should do it here, in the speculations forum.
  5. There's a speculations forum?! Alright. Thanks. Merged post follows: Consecutive posts merged I was unaware of this. I shall have to revise my argument. Thankyou. Merged post follows: Consecutive posts mergedWhen subatomic particles are seperate, they weigh more than when they are a nucleus. (i think thats how it goes). I know this is due to a mass deficiency, but I want to know the cause of this deficiency. Please help?
  6. My theory has just had a few holes poked through it. I would like evryone who cares jot down thier theories and supporting argument on this thread. I can then review these theories to refine my own.
  7. A positron is different to an electron as it is differently charged. A photon has no distinguishing features aside from light energy (or as another EM wave). Therefore are considered the same. The mass of a photon is due to E=mc^2. This translates to m=E/(c^2). Therefore the energy of a photon has mass and can interact with mass. It is folly to consider these otherwise as without the photon there is no mass.
  8. What I mean to say is; what were the assumptions made and what apparatus was used to find the antiphoton. Furthermore you have neglected my earlier comment, that it is only in relation to the present that an antiphoton has negative mass. It most certainly has positive mass, as E=mc^2, however if this energy exists not in our present, then the mass produced must be zero or negative.
  9. This is just my theory. If you could explain how you know antimatter has positive mass, I would like to hear it. And regardless, I have not said when antimatter has negative mass. This is so only in relation to the present, as the mass of antimatter does not follow a linear timeline with us and so with something like a mass/time graph the mass would decrease and is therefore negative.
  10. Antimatter does travel back in time. I use the wave model of wave-antiparticle duality to describe this as EM wave mechanics are simple. Antimatter travels back in time towards its source as the wave propagates backwards also. and then i lost my thought pattern. The reason that antimatter will cancel matter is because the antimatter's backwards in time energy, shown as -E (like a vector), causes a mass deficiency such that: -E=(-m)c^2 This eliminates the mass of matter, creating nothing. I guess that this would cause matter to have no mass, as mentioned, but also to be travelling in both directions of time with equal energy. Have a think on the consequences of this.
  11. If one were to harness the backward nature of antiphotons, such that: -(E) = -(m)(c^2) => -m = -(E)/(c^2) Would one create an anti black hole if one were to bestow this energy upon mass? An anti black hole either propelling mass away from itself, or crushing things into a singularity before they get close to it. Or both...
  12. Firstly, you use the word tachyon to describe backward in time particles. All antimatter moves backward in time. You have just used one word to identify different antimatter particles that will react differently. Take care to be more specific in the future. Secondly, I belive these backtons (good name) must take energy from the present to account for its backward travelling nature. It may also be possible to to use backtons to incite a flow of positrons, similar to a solar panel effect. Thirdly, the wave-antiparticle duality of it would cause backton waves to propagate towards its origin, no? Fourthly, don't you think Chronons sound so much cooler??
